DRAGON STADIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS
Admission: All tickets are General Admission. Pre-Sale General Admission Tickets will be at the discretion of the two competing teams. All tickets will be $10 at the gate on game night unless otherwise arranged with CISD. A $5 parking fee will be collected on home and visitor sides.
No backpacks or large duffle bags are allowed. Only purses and tote bags are allowed in the stadium. Purses and tote bags are subject to be searched.
Teams will issue their own sideline credentials. Teams will email a copy of credentials to [email protected]
Accepted Passes: Accepted passes will agreed upon by both teams and notated on the rental contract.
Visitors: Visitors will occupy the south side of the stadium and will enter the parking area on Silicon, off Kimball Avenue.
Bus Parking: Football team busses will enter the reserved lot on the east side of the stadium and park parallel to the curb next to the locker room. The band and spirit group buses will park on the West side of Dragon Stadium in the fenced bus behind the scoreboard.
Dressing Rooms: Dressing rooms will be open 3 hours prior to kickoff. CISD will not provide towels. CISD will not furnish ice. CISD is not responsible for articles left in the dressing rooms before, during, or after the game. This area is for team personnel only. Coaches’ and players’ families will not be allowed in this area following the game.
Visiting Band: The Visiting Band and spirit groups will occupy the first section of bleachers to the West on the Visitors side. Group sponsors,

band/drill members, and cheerleaders in uniform will be admitted free of charge. All band chaperones must have a ticket to enter the gate. Otherwise, they must have a visible band chaperone pass or be wearing a uniformed shirt.
Sidelines: Only authorized personnel will be allowed on the sidelines or in the end zones. All non-uniformed personnel will be required to produce a sideline pass for admittance to the field. Both teams will produce their own sideline pass and send a copy to: [email protected]
Press Box: Only coaches, scouts, and credentialed media are allowed in the press box, unless arrangements have been made through the Carroll ISD Athletic Office. Please direct media to our Athletics website for credential requests.
Playing Field: Use of tobacco, sunflower seeds, and gum is prohibited. Only water can be used on the field – no colored drinks such as Gatorade, etc. Absolutely NO glass bottles, cans, or food on the field. This includes band and all spirit groups. All equipment such as training tables, fans, and heaters must have a protective base. No live mascots. No cannons or confetti. Artificial noise makers must be approved. Band props must not scar the field. No ice chests will be allowed in the stadium; except for those being used by competing teams, bands, and drill teams.
Rules of Notice: Persons will not be permitted to cross the playing field; therefore, we encourage visitors to purchase tickets on the south side. Visitor entrance gates must be used to enter and exit. Dragon Stadium has a No in-and-out Policy. Fans leaving the stadium must purchase another ticket to re-enter.
Absolutely no climbing or jumping over the rails from the bleachers to the field.
Spirit Signs: Spirit signs must be made of cloth/vinyl with permanent paint

that does not run when wet. Signs must be tied to the stadium railing. No paper or painted signs. Taping of signs to any stadium structure will not be permitted. All signs MUST be disposed of and removed at the conclusion of the game.
Radio: There are two booths in the Press Box for radio crews.
General/Safety: For handicapped guests, ramps are located on each side at both ends of the stadium.
AED’s are located in several locations throughout the stadium. Please have trainers touch base prior to kick off to familiarize themselves with these locations. Paramedics and Police officers will be on duty.
CISD contracts the services of D&L Security for varsity football games. They should assist in locating seats and general security issues. They will be able to contact police and CISD administration if needed.
Make sportsmanship a priority for students, parents, fans, coaches, and athletes. Security and Administration will be available for those who do not display good sportsmanship.
Parking: There is a $5 parking fee that will be collected by CISD upon arrival. There is a VIP lot located on Silicon Rd. behind the locker rooms. Each team will be allotted 18 spots and will need to send a copy of their parking list to [email protected]
Concession Stands: CISD will provide concessions for the game and will retain the revenue.

Ticket Gate: Ticket gates will open 1.5 hours prior to game time. There are not in-and-out privileges. Re-entry requires the purchase of a new ticket.
