When calling to make the arrangements, they learned that our rental rates have increased. They are seeking a reduction in the rate to that of previous years, hoping to pay the same as Innis Ar- den homeowners. A motion was made to allow a re- duction in the rates for Echo Lake Elementary School. After considerable discussion both for and against, the motion failed, 5 to 4.
