This article is distributed under license CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 International (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/) Jurisprudential principles of the cultural system of the Islamic Republic of Iran Summary Our revolution, unlike other movements and revolutions of the twentieth century, which often had economic and political foundations, was a cultural revolution, and we find carefully in the main slogans of the revolution (independence, freedom, republic and Islam) that Apart from the word "republic", which has a socio-political meaning, other slogans show the cultural foundations of this movement. Therefore, the cultural system of the Islamic Republic of Iran can be considered as the identity and manifestation of the Islamic Revolution. The set of right and wrong infrastructures is called the habitual beliefs and mental beliefs of a country and a nation called the cultural system. In this article, which has been written by descriptive-analytical method and library collection method and the use of Quran and authentic jurisprudential books, we have achieved the following results: The main basis of the cultural system of the Islamic Republic in the era of absence based on perspective He is a revolutionary provincial jurist and at the head of it is the architect of Imam Khomeini's revolution. The goals of the cultural system of the Islamic Republic of Iran are divided into short-term, medium-term, and long-term, the main purpose of which is to pay attention to the freedom of Muslims and to promote and export monotheism. The pillar of the cultural system is monotheism and its principles are the branches of religion and its sources are books, traditions, consensus, intellect and tools of the cultural system of seminaries, universities, education, media and artistic tools. Keywords: Cultural System, Islamic Republic, Jurisprudence, Velayat-e-Faqih Resumen Nuestra revolución, a diferencia de otros movimientos y revoluciones del siglo XX, que a menudo tenían fundamentos económicos y políticos, fue una revolución cultural, y encontramos cuidadosamente en las principales consignas de la revolución (independencia, libertad, república e islam) que Aparte de la palabra "república", que tiene un significado sociopolítico, otras consignas muestran los fundamentos culturales de este movimiento. Por lo tanto, el sistema cultural de la República Islámica de Irán puede considerarse como la identidad y manifestación de la Revolución Islámica. El conjunto de infraestructuras correctas e incorrectas se llama las creencias habituales y las creencias mentales de un país y una nación llamado sistema cultural. En este artículo, que ha sido escrito mediante el método descriptivo-analítico y el método de colección bibliotecaria y el uso del Corán y de auténticos libros jurisprudenciales, hemos logrado los siguientes resultados: La base principal del sistema cultural de la República Islámica en la era de la ausencia. basado en la perspectiva Es un jurista provincial revolucionario y a la cabeza está el arquitecto de la revolución del Imam Jomeini. Introduction The cultural system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, although a unique and seemingly emerging phenomenon, but has the deepest and widest monotheistic beliefs that with a little care can be traced to the roots of this culture in human creation and even Found before. In a way that not only includes all cultures (both heavenly and earthly); Rather, it is a comprehensive culture for humanity until the Day of Judgment. So culture, like the thread of the rosary, is the connecting link of other communications and systems and puts the whole human being under its umbrella. Imam Khomeini (ra) says: "Western theorists explicitly acknowledge that secular culture also originated from Christianity, and if Christianity becomes obsolete, secular culture will also disappear" (Khosroshahi, 1396). Therefore, it can be said that the culture of the Islamic Republic is comprehensive for humanity. Culture is the showcase and symbol of a nation. In other words, it is the minds, ideals and desires of man that make up his culture. History has experienced various systems and cultures, but the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the three terms "Republic, Twelve Islam and Iran" and in the words of the architect of the revolution (pure Muhammadan Islam) for the first time after 12 centuries has been able to make such an emergence. Have. All cultures, including Eastern and Western, the heavenly schools, and the culture of human schools, made by theorists, are in fact derived from the beliefs and attitudes that underlie cultures, but Shi'ism divides culture into right and wrong. According to the Shiite view, the desired culture is to pave the way for the movement of the individual and society towards true perfection. For this reason, the architect of the revolution (ra) in the definition of culture says: "Culture is the source of all misery and happiness and what makes nations is the correct culture" (Sahifa, p. 36) In this system, the laws are based on monotheism, nature and morality, which, unlike other non-religious systems, is based on scientific theories and perceptions and is based on the laws of the previous subject, or is the result of trial and error of the past and spirituality. Many ignore the fact that Muslims have established most of the laws according to the guidelines of their four leaders (Shafi'i, Hanbali, etc.) and therefore lack the living and dynamic spirit of ijtihad. In a general and almost definite definition, it can be said that the set of right and wrong infrastructures of the belief and habitual mental beliefs of a country and a nation is called the cultural system. The cornerstone of other systems is the identity of a nation, its cultural system. Research background With the researches, no independent research has been done on the subject of the present research and this article is new and innovative in its kind. However, no research has been done on the jurisprudential principles of the Islamic Republic - in general - as well as the role and importance of culture in Islam and the holy system of the Islamic Republic, which are briefly mentioned. Seyyed Sadegh Haghighat (2012) has made political jurisprudence and the theory of government the subject of his research and states that political jurisprudence and political philosophy are both valid and can help each other in the Islamic state. And with this view, it examines the relationship between jurisprudence and government (government). Systematization in political jurisprudence that comes from the text and is completed by looking at the objective developments of the world and the needs of the religious community is something that started in the victory of the Islamic Revolution, but its completion, continuity and dynamism are ongoing. Human rights nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) continued to report the disproportionately large number of executions of Sunni prisoners, particularly Kurds, Baluchis, and Arabs. Human rights groups raised concerns regarding the use of torture, beatings in custody, forced confessions, poor prison conditions, and denials of access to legal counsel.

By studying several websites and weblogs that have a religious orientation, different layers of religious authority including “religious hierarchy, structures, ideology, and sources” (Campbell, 2009) can be identified. Also, using Weber’s definition of the three types of authority, “rational-legal, traditional, and charismatic” (1968), the specific type of authority that is being presented on blogosphere can be recognized. The Internet presents a level of liberty for the discussion of sensitive topics in any kind of religious cyberspace, specifically the Islamic one. In this way, the Internet is expanding the number and range of Muslim voices, which may pose problems for traditional forms of religious authority or may suggest new forms of authority in the Islamic world. The interaction between the Internet and religion is often perceived as contradictory, especially when it is religion at its most conservative practice. While the international and national applications of the Internet have increased vastly, local religious communities, especially fundamentalists, perceived this new technology as a threat to their local cultures and practices.

For his philosophical and Sui background, Ṣadrā’s approach to the hadith is slightly different and in some ways contrary to the earlier commentators such as`Allāma Majlisī in Shi‘aand Ibn Taymīyya in Sunni Islam. Abstract The Iranian Revolution is one of the most influential events of the late twentieth century, with far-reaching consequences that still echo through the rise of Islamic state. Drawing from both primary (interviews, autobiographies, documents, and data) and secondary sources, the paper shows that Khomeini's the doctrine of the Guardianship of the Jurist played a decisive role in the making of the Iranian Revolution by changing the goals and strategies of the religious opposition from reforming government policies to establishing an Islamic state. Khomeini's doctrine was first published in 1970 in his treatise, Islamic State. The paper argues that Khomeini's ideological innovation can account for the sharp contrast between the outcomes of widespread protests in the early 1960s and the late 1970s: they both shook the Pahlavi regime, but the former protests dissipated, while the latter culminated in the Iranian Revolution. Expanding the scope beyond Iran and Islam, the paper explores the role of ideological innovations in the Russian and American Revolutions, and discusses the potentially critical role of ideological innovations in democracy movements in Islamic countries.     Journal of Xi'an University of Architecture & Technology ISSN No : 1006-7930 Importance and Effects of Exercising Lenience in Islamic Hadiths Majid Roohi Dehkrdi1, Mohammad Shariati Kamal Abadi2, Ehsan Roohi Dehkordi3 Abstract Lenience is one of the highly repeated ethical recommendations in Islamic teachings and Muslims have been encouraged to act out and stay adherent to this ethical virtue as stated in many hadiths that express its lofty position and importance and mention its advantages. People’s differences in notions, perspectives, tastes, intellectual capabilities and so forth and their flaws are amongst the matters more revealing the necessity and high position of lenience and exercising it. Lenience means soft and mild treating of the others for such a reason as repelling their wrongdoings towards one’s own self or for such a purpose as not offending them and making them go away from one’s own self or even both. Descriptions like the most admired virtue, being of the same rank as the fulfilling of the obligations, being one of the best deeds, being the fruit of the intellect, being the prelude of wisdom and so forth about lenience in the Islamic hadiths are alone reflective of the importance of this action as viewed by the religion; the followings can be pointed out amongst its effects and advantages: keeping oneself safe against the damages, evildoings and deceits of the others, keeping religion and the human world sound, attracting the opponents to the religion and emergence of friendship and brotherhood. In addition, a look at efforts by those traditionalists to counter Iran’s and their allies’ tactics will be presented with an assessment on how these factors will affect the future of Shi’ism. “If two opposite theories are propagated one will be wrong.” - Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib[1] KHOMEINISTS AND QUIETISTS It has been noted that, “By and large, the intellectual landscape of present-day Twelver Shi’ism is much more polymorphic than at any time in the past.”[2] The level of political involvement exerted by Shi’i clerics has been a hotly debated topic since the establishment of the sect. Yet after Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution, the generally demure and apolitical nature of Shi’i Islam, especially at its higher levels, was forever altered, resulting in a new and more politicized facet of Shi’i Islam.[3] For the Shi’i establishment, Khomeini’s new ideology was and is an extremely radical split. Contemporarily, a broad generalization could be made saying, on one side, there are those following “Quietist” traditionalism, a principle of abstention from involvement in politics. Islamic supremacy, resistance to foreign powers, and progress are the core elements of his ideology. Several critical themes emerge that are consistently reflected in the formation of his domestic and foreign policies: America, Palestine, Israel, Muslim unity, freedom, progress, the nuclear program, youth, and religious democracy. Khamenei’s sociopolitical development is examined in three critical phases: In Phase I, prior to the revolution, he is seen as a political activist protesting for an Islamic government; factors shaping his early political ideology are evaluated. Phase II examines Khamenei’s post- ii revolutionary appointments and election to president; he governs the country through the eight- year Iraq-Iran war. After the death of the father of the revolution, Ayatollah Khomeini, Khamenei enters into Phase III when he assumes the office of supreme leadership; internal and external issues test and reveal his political ideologies.
