In the absence of regulatory guidelines for inland infrastructure projects, this closure plan follows the report structure described within the Guidelines for Preparing Mine Closure Plans May 2015 published by the Government of Western Australia Department of Mines and Petroleum (now the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety) and Environmental Protection Authority. The closure of mining operations, including quarries, is not within the scope of this closure plan.
