Once more it is Time for the five-year term of the Council to end. Coincidentally; shortly thereafter it will be time for my term to end as well. It’s been a hard and challenging seven-years as the Accounting Officer of this municipality. Looking back, I find it incredible that I am still here. The current spell started way back in 1996 as the Chief Executive/Town Clerk of Empuluzi Transitional Council (TLC).
