    UCHWAŁA NR XXIX/316/2021 RADY MIEJSKIEJ W ŻNINIE z dnia 29 stycznia 2021 r. w sprawie miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego dla terenu położonego w miejscowości Dochanowo Na podstawie art. 18 ust. 2 pkt 5 ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990 r. o samorządzie gminnym (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 713 z późn. zm.1)) oraz art. 20 ust. 1 i art.27 ustawy z dnia 27 marca 2003 r. o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 293 z późn. zm.2)) uchwala się, co następuje: § 1. 1. Uchwala się miejscowy plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego dla terenu położonego w miejscowości Dochanowo, zwany dalej planem, stanowiący zmianę miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego w obrębach: Dochanowo, Brzyskorzystew, Sobiejuchy, Brzyskorzystewko, Sulinowo, Sarbinowo, Słabomierz, Słębowo, Jaroszewo, Żnin-Wieś3) . 2. Stwierdza się, że plan nie narusza ustaleń Studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy Żnin (Uchwała Rady Miejskiej w Żninie Nr XXVIII/305/2020 z dnia 29 grudnia 2020 r.). 3. Plan obejmuje obszar o powierzchni 2,8 ha, położony w zachodniej części Gminy Żnin, stanowiący działkę nr 78 oraz część działki nr 55/7 obr. Dochanowo, w granicach określonych na rysunku planu. 4. Integralną częścią uchwały jest rysunek planu, zatytułowany „Miejscowy plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego dla terenu położonego w miejscowości Dochanowo”, opracowany w skali 1 : 1000, stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do uchwały. 5. Załącznikami do uchwały są: 1) rozstrzygnięcie Rady Miejskiej w Żninie w sprawie rozpatrzenia uwag wniesionych do wyłożonego do publicznego wglądu projektu planu, które stanowi załącznik nr 2 do uchwały. 2) rozstrzygnięcie Rady Miejskiej w Żninie o sposobie realizacji inwestycji z zakresu infrastruktury technicznej, należących do zadań własnych gminy, oraz o zasadach ich finansowania, które stanowi załącznik nr 3 do uchwały; 3) dane przestrzenne, które stanowią załącznik nr 4.
