Strategie Umschlag INHALT Auf einen Blick Die MAN Gruppe Sechsjahresübersicht Kontakt 1 Einleitung 1 Geschäftsjahr 2007 3 Inhaltsverzeichnis 4 Strategie 4 Brief an die Aktionäre 6 Vorstand – Management Board 8 Bericht des Aufsichtsrats 12 Corporate Governance 18 Technik zum Klimaschutz 20 Die Aktie 24 Mitarbeiter 28 Magazin 30 Spanien 38 Namibia 44 Südkorea 52 Indien 58 Bereiche 60 Nutzfahrzeuge 68 Dieselmotoren 74 Turbomaschinen 80 Industriedienstleistungen 86 Beteiligung: RENK 90 Konzernlagebericht 140 Konzernabschluss 198 Weitere Informationen 198 Aufsichtsrat – Mitgliedschaften in anderen Kontrollgremien 201 Ausschüsse des Aufsichtsrats 202 Vorstand – Mitgliedschaften in anderen Kontrollgremien 203 Vorstände und Geschäftsführung Konzernunternehmen 204 Ausgewählte konsolidierte Gesellschaften 206 Glossar 208 Finanzterminkalender STRATEGIE BRIEF AN DIE AKTIONÄRE BRIEF AN DIE AKTIONÄRE rkn]jcagkiiajqj`gjjajEdjajrkjaejaijaqaj Nagkn`f]dn^ane_dpaj*SeaeiRknf]dns]nsaepandej`ea sahpsaepcqpaGkjfqjgpqnh]carkn]hhaieiPn]jolknp) Oadncaadnpa@]iajqj`Dannaj( qj`Ajanceaoagpkniepbn`ealkoeperaAjpse_ghqjcran) ]jpsknphe_d*=^an]q_dqjoanaejpanjajI]£j]diajvqn I=JbaeanpeiF]dn.,,4`aj.1,*Ca^qnpop]c*AejQjpan) Opaecanqjc`anLnk`qgpereppqj``eabknpcaoapvpaBkgqo) jadiaj(`]o`eaoao=hpanannae_dp(d]paejah]jcaPn]`e) oeanqjc]qb`ea^aokj`anos]_dopqioop]ngaj>anae_da pekj(reahAnb]dnqjcqj`aeja^asacpaCao_de_dpaÌ]^an Jqpvb]dnvaqca(@eaoahikpknaj(Pqn^ki]o_dejajqj` aod]prkn]hhaiaejao6`eaopj`ecaBdecgaep(oe_dvq Ej`qopnea`eajophaeopqjcajpnqcaj`]vq^ae* s]j`ahj(pa_djeo_daJaqanqjcaji]ngpnaebvqi]_daj qj`Vqgqjbpo_d]j_ajvqancnaebaj*>aopao>aeoleah]qo E_di_dpaEdjajaejecaA_glqjgpajajjaj(`ea`aj `anI=J)Cao_de_dpaeop`eaVqo]iiaj]n^aepiepNq`khb Anbkhc`ao]^cah]qbajajF]dnao]qbvaecaj6@an=qb) @eaoahvqnAjpse_ghqjcoaejaoIkpkno(`an`eaSahpranj) pn]coaejc]jchacpaqi-3!]qb-5(0In`Aqnkqj``an `anpa*@]oiaejajseniepÄAjcejaanejcpdaBqpqnaÃ* Qio]pvqi-5!]qb-1(1In`Aqnkvq*@]oaniche_dpa aejqiiadn]ho1,!caopaecanpaoklan]peraoAnca^jeo Iep`eaoan@uj]ieg`anh]jcajqj`anbkhcnae_dajI=J) rkj-(3In`Aqnk*@eaQio]pvnaj`epaNKOannae_dpa`]iep Cao_de_dpacadajsen]q_dej`eagkiiaj`ajF]dna6Rkn --(.!(sk`qn_dsenqjoanNaj`epaveahbngkjfqjgpqnahh qjoopadajDan]qobkn`anqjcajsea`anGhei]s]j`ah(`ea cqpaVaepajrkj-,(1!okc]n^anpnkbbajd]^aj*SeaOea Vqj]dia`anchk^]hajRangadnoopniaqj``an=qb^nq_d seooaj(h]qpapqjoanNKO)Veah`angkiiaj`ajF]dnabn `anO_dsahhajhj`an^aechae_dvaepec^acejjaj`anGj]ll) `aj@qn_do_djeppaejaoGkjfqjgpqnvughqo4(1!*Sen daepbkooehanAjanceapncan*Qj`senoej`oe_dan(`]oooea cadaj`]rkj]qo(`]ooseniep`anfapvpannae_dpajAn) caiaeopanpsan`ajgjjajÌrkn]hhaiieppa_djeo_daj pn]cogn]bpqj`Bhate^ehepp`anGkopajopnqgpqnaj`eaoa Ajpse_ghqjcaj`anEjcajeaqnaej`anEj`qopneasahpsaep* Cn£a`]qand]bp]^oe_danjgjjaj* I=J]hoaejQjpanjadiaj(`aooajCao_dbpoo_dsan) @]oAnca^jeofa=gpead]p`]jgaejaolkoeperajAnca^jeo) lqjgp]qb`ajCa^eapajPn]jolknp(=jpnea^qj`Ajancea oao]qoOkj`anrkncjcaj.,,3^aokj`anognbpecvqca) heacp(d]p^anaepo^eodaniepik`anjopajIkpknajqj` jkiiaj6qi2/!]qb4(.0Aqnk*Senbnaqajqjo(`]oo B]dnvaqcaj(iepPa_djegajseaDu^ne`]jpnea^qj`ejjk) senEdjaj`aod]h^Ìj]_d.AqnkeiRknf]dnÌaejaanjaqp r]perajC]oikpknaj(ajpo_dae`aj`a>aepnca`]vqcahaeo) `aqphe_danddpa=qoo_dppqjcrkj/(-1Aqnkfa=gpea pap*O_dkjdaqpaheabanjsenGanjgkilkjajpajbn`aj rkno_dh]cajgjjaj* Pn]jolknpqj``eaAejolae_danqjcrkj?K.(sen^]qaj Okh]n]jh]cajqj`ranbcaj^an`easaoajphe_dajGki) Send]^aj.,,3saepandejrkjaejanoadnop]ngajJ]_d) lkjajpajvqnDanopahhqjcrkjGn]bpopkbbaj]qo>eki]ooa* bn]caj]_dHgslnkÚpeanp(sk^aeoe_d^aokj`anoKop) QjoanaGqj`ajans]npajrkjqjovqNa_dp`eaAjpse_g) aqnkl]qj`Nqooh]j`]hoS]_dopqionacekjajap]^heanp hqjcrkjLnk`qgpajqj`Hoqjcaj(`ea`ajAjancearan) d]^aj*Okieps]n`]o]^cah]qbajaF]dn`anne_dpecaVaep) ^n]q_djk_dopnganoajgaj(o_d`he_daAieooekjaj

Commenting on the release of the study, FADA President, Mr. Vinkesh Gulati said, “FADA’s Dealer Satisfaction Study 2021 was initiated to examine the health of the relationship between Auto Dealers and their OEMs. The survey was undertaken to reflect the prevailing issues faced by the Auto Retail Sector at large, thus making it the true Voice of the Dealers. OEMs need to be cognizant of the evolving dealer expectations. While issues of concern such as dealership viability, support on sales and after- sales, openness to dealer inputs in decision making and designing long term policies are fundamental needs, there are clear signs that dealers expect their respective OEMs to go beyond. For example, there is a need to have technology solutions and analytics to intelligently mine transaction data for business gains. Also, creating a digital platform to measure the effectiveness of marketing expenditure is reflective of a changing mindset.” FADA Secretary & Chairman DSS-21, Mr C S Vigneshwar said, “I am thrilled to say that FADA took more than 2,000 samples, the highest ever number which has been used for such a study in India.
