(1) All station produced programming (including newscasts, public affairs, children' and sports programming) broadcast by KVEW. Examples include but not limited to:

(a) Local News Hour (Mon-Fri) 5:00 p. M. (b) Local News at 11 (Mon -Sun) 11:00 p. m. (c) Local News at 6 (Sat-Sun) 6:00 p.m.

(2) The station's entire broadcast day as a compilation.

(3) Syndicated programs for which KVEW is the copyright holder of exclusive exhibition rights against other broadcast stations carried by a cable system in the KVEW market area as a distant retransmission, including but not limited to:

(a) Various off-network, made for TV, syndicated programs by film and tape; (b) Various motion pictures.

(4) Sports events broadcast by KVEW

V. EXAMPLES OF DISTANT CABLE CARRIAGE IN 1998.

"KVEW 42 News" was broadcast on KVEW and retransmitted by Moro TV Cooperative, Moro, Oregon, on Monday, June 29, 1998 at 5:00pm.
