The team will workout at Husky Stadium Aug. 12-14, before moving to Evergreen State College, Aug. 15-21. The team’s annual Picture Day will take place at 1 p.m. on Aug. 14 at Husky Stadium. Practices will tentatively be held twice a day for the first two weeks at 8:45 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Regular-season practice time is 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (Sunday off). Media should contact the UW Media Relations Office for specific practice attendance policies. Video is restricted to the first 30 minutes of practice. Out-of-town media should contact media relations director Jim Daves about access. Media practice passes must be obtained from the Media Relations Office, Room 229, Graves Building. Interview Policy Contact the Media Relations Office for ALL interview requests. It is very helpful to have 24 hours notice so that the media relations staff will have ample time to make arrangements with players and coaches. Student-athletes are typically available from 1:30-2:30 Monday through Wednesday on a first-come, first-served basis. Student- athletes will be available on a limited, by-appointment basis on Thursdays. Athletes are not available for interviews on Friday or on Saturday prior to a game. Head coach Keith Gilbertson will conduct interviews with print and electronic media before practice, at approximately 3 p.m. All interviews are conducted in the media Parking workroom at Bank of America Arena. At the end of the off ramp there is a stop light at Montlake Boulevard. Turn left. 5. Travel across the Montlake Bridge. You will see Husky Stadium on the right. 6.
