 Came 82nd out of over 1,300 starters in the 30th Marathon De Sables: 6 Marathons over 6 Days in the dunes of the Sahara (Apr 2015)  6th Male Solo in the Open Adventure Coast to Coast adventure race (Aug 2011), (7th in 2009)  8th overall, and 1st British team at Portuguese 100h Expedition Adventure Race (Dec 2008)  Challenge Roth Iron Distance Triathlon in , 14th Brit in 9h43m (July 2013)  2nd Overall in MidnightMan Iron distance overnight Triathlon 10h20m (July 2013)  1st place as a team in 30th Powerbar 3 Peaks Yacht Race (June 2007)  1st place in 3 day staged Trans Hajar Mountain Bike Race, Oman (Mar 2011)  3rd in my Age Group, Abu Dhabi Long Course Triathlon, 8h14m (Mar 2011)  Twice run the 145 Mile Grand Union Canal non-stop race from Birmingham to London, 33h58m finishing 13th/100 (May 2011) (& 2014)  Successful solo ascent of Aconcagua (6962m) 2003 - Highest peak outside Himalayas  350 mile Scott Dunn Polar Challenge Ski Race to Magnetic North Pole (2005).
