ACCIDENTS: Managers should use the first aid kit for minor accidents. In the event of a major accident, the manager should immediately call the police and ambulance service at 911 and assure a physician attends to the player. If the parents are not at the field, the manager should notify the parents as soon as possible. He must then promptly report the accident within 24 hours to the Safety Officers noted above as well as the League president, at 860-643-9165 14. The Manager or Coach is responsible for having the League supplied first aid kit at every practice and game.
