Address: 3. Rules The competition will be run according to current WRF rules under the direction of the WRF Judges. The detailed rules will be downloaded here: http://www.worldraftingfederation.com/ 4. Doping Dope testing (for use of banned substances) can take place during the competition according to current WRF Anti-Doping Rules. (Official Anti-Doping Agency of Turkey going to make two tests during the event) If a competitor is following a course of medical treatment which includes the use of prohibited substances according to the WADA prohibited list 2017 https://www.wada- ama.org/sites/default/files/resources/files/2016-09-29_- _wada_prohibited_list_2017_eng_final.pdf, he or she must obtain from his/her National Anti-Doping Agency (NADO) a TUE (Therapeutic Use Exemption) that complies with the requirements of the International Standard and must inform the organisers immediately upon arrival.

ADMINISTRATION 1. Registration There is no limit for teams’ number for WRF members. The entry registration form must be properly completed on behalf of the National Organization’s President and sent to the Event’s Organization Committee.

2. Fees Typology - Registration fee FREE FOR ALL OFFICIAL WRF MEMBERS (Accommodation and food service, all the transfers from the airports* to Tunceli and from Tunceli to airports)

4. Insurance Each country is required to provide insurance for each member of its delegation. At a minimum the insurance is to cover civil liability, material damage and medical costs.
