2. Competition venue The competition will take place in following venue: NATION CITY RIVER

3. Rules The competition will be run according to current WRF rules under the direction of the WRF Judges. The detailed rules will be downloaded here: http://www.worldraftingfederation.com/

4. Doping Dope testing (for use of banned substances) can take place during the competition according to current WRF Anti-Doping Rules. If a competitor is following a course of medical treatment which includes the use of prohibited substances according to the WADA prohibited list 2019 https://www.wada- ama.org/sites/default/files/wada_2019_english_prohibited_list.pdf, he or she must obtain from his/her National Anti-Doping Agency (NADO) a TUE (Therapeutic Use Exemption) that complies with the requirements of the International Standard and must inform the organisers immediately upon arrival.

ADMINISTRATION 1. Registration The limit number of teams per Nation is two (2) for each category. For the hosting country the above-mentioned limit number is four (four).

The entry registration (attached) form must be properly completed on behalf of the National Organization’s President and sent to the Event’s Organization Committee.

2. Fees

Registration fee 70 Euro per team*

Accommodation, food, transports Accommodation and food service, all the transfers from Erzincan Airport or Elazig Airport to Tunceli (on 8th June 2019) and from Tunceli to Erzincan Airport or Elazig Airport (on 13th June 2019) are paid by the Turkish Rafting Federation with the support of the local authorities

* WRF Members can request to the Local Organising Committee to take part in the event free.

4. Insurance Each country is required to provide insurance for each member of its delegation. At a minimum the insurance is to cover civil liability, material damage and medical costs.

Participants obligations

• Each participant is required to be present throughout the whole duration of the event.

• Each participant is obliged to take part also in all of the non-sport activities.

The absence of any member of a participating team from any part of the entire sport programme, opening-, prize-giving- and closing ceremonies may result in the team being excluded from the results.
