Sealed bids together with the bid bond equivalent to 10% of the bid shall be placed in a sealed envelope to be dropped by the bidder or his/her/its authorized representative in the designated box at the 27/F Lending Support Department (LSD), LANDBANK Plaza, Malate, Manila on August 15, 2019 until 9:30 a.m. only.
