This Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify the issues and concerns raised during the Pre- bidding Conference conducted last 29 September 2020, to announce changes in the posted bidding documents for the above cited procurement project. This Bid Bulletin will form an integral part of the bidding document for the Hiring of a Media Agency for the Print Publication of COVID-19 and other DOH Advisories in Leading National Newspapers and Tabloids CY 2020-Rebid:
