Atlético, who have never lost to Austrian opponents and have a perfect record in Austria, will be through with a win or a draw. • João Félix's second goal of the game settled the Matchday 2 contest between the sides, the Portuguese star scoring the winner five minutes from time in Madrid to give Atleti a 3-2 victory. Form guide Salzburg • All four of Salzburg's points in Group A have come against Lokomotiv Moskva, via a 2-2 draw on Matchday 1 and a 3-1 win in Russia last time out; in addition to losing at Atlético they were also beaten home (2-6) and away (1-3) by Bayern. • Salzburg secured consecutive group stage campaigns this season by coming through the UEFA Champions League qualifying phase for the first time since 1994. • In 2019/20 Salzburg qualified automatically for the group stage, where they finished third in their section behind Liverpool and Napoli; the Austrian club picked up seven points from their six matches to finish six ahead of Genk. • Jesse Marsch's side therefore moved into the UEFA Europa League, losing 6-3 on aggregate to Eintracht Frankfurt in the round of 32 (1-4 a, 2-2 h). • Salzburg ended a run of 13 successive eliminations in UEFA Champions League qualifying since their first group stage appearance in 1994/95 by beating Maccabi Tel-Aviv in this season's play-offs (2-1 a, 3-1 h), Dominik Szoboszlai converting a penalty in each game. The Hungarian scored in Salzburg's first four European games this season. • The Austrian club won a seventh successive Bundesliga title in 2019/20 – their 14th overall – adding the Austrian Cup to complete a domestic double for the seventh time, all in the last nine seasons. • The 6-2 defeat of Genk on Matchday 1 in 2019/20 was Salzburg's sixth successive home European win, and made it 19 European games without defeat in their own stadium (W15 D4). They have won just one of the subsequent six (D2 L3). • Salzburg's record in 15 games against Spanish teams is W5 D2 L8. They won their last home game against Liga visitors, a 2-1 defeat of Real Sociedad in the 2017/18 UEFA Europa League round of 32 second leg (4-3 aggregate), to make it three victories and four defeats in their seven matches with Spanish sides in Salzburg. Atlético • The Rojiblancos responded to a 4-0 opening loss at Bayern, their joint heaviest European defeat, with that victory at home to Salzburg. They have drawn their last three matches, away (1-1) and home (0-0) against Lokomotiv and 1-1 against Bayern last time out, ending the holders' competition-record winning streak at 15. • Third in Spain in 2019/20, this is Atlético's 11th UEFA Champions League group campaign and eighth in a row; all but two of the previous ten have extended into the knockout stages. • Last season, Diego Simeone's side finished second in their section behind Juventus, picking up ten points. Their two defeats both came away, at Bayer Leverkusen (1-2) and Juve (0-1); Atleti were unbeaten at home in the group stage, collecting two wins and a draw. • Atlético then ousted holders Liverpool in impressive style in the round of 16 (1-0 h, 3-2 a aet) but came up short against Leipzig in the quarter-finals in Lisbon, going down 2-1. • The Madrid club have reached the quarter-finals or better in five of their last seven UEFA Champions League campaigns – all under Simeone. • Atlético have lost only seven of their last 36 European matches (W20 D9), although four of those defeats have come in their last 11. • Three of Atleti's last five away European matches have ended in defeat, the exceptions last season's win at Liverpool and the Matchday 3 draw at Lokomotiv. • The Rojiblancos have reached two UEFA Champions League and three UEFA Europa League finals in the last 11 seasons. • Before Matchday 2, Atlético last played an Austrian club in the 2013/14 UEFA Champions League group stage, 4 FC Salzburg - Club Atlético de Madrid Wednesday 9 December 2020 - 21.00CET (21.00 local time) Match press kit Stadion Salzburg, Salzburg winning 3-0 away and 4-0 at home against Austria Wien with Diego Costa scoring three goals across those two games.

    Liga 1995-1996 Razones de tipo económico llevaron a la Real Federación Española de Fútbol en aplicación de la Ley del Deporte a descender a los clubes Celta y Sevilla, subiendo automáticamente a 1ª División los clubes de 2ª, Albacete y Valladolid. Tras movilizaciones de las respectivas aficiones, se optó por una solución salomónica, convirtiendo a la Liga española en una competición de 22 equipos. Ediciones Este publicó un primer álbum sin el Albacete y Valladolid, más adelante, cuando se confirmó la subida de estos equipos editó un mini-álbum para sólo esos dos equipos, con la misma portada que el álbum original. Finalmente, Ed. ESTE acabó editando un álbum completo con los 22 equipos en un mismo volumen. El álbum, de tamaño 24 x 34’5 tiene 388 casillas donde pegar los cromos, pero en 99 de ellas se puede elegir entre 2 jugadores. Además aparecieron 76 colocas y 2 fichajes comparten número con otro jugador, en total 565 cromos. A estos podemos añadir si lo queremos tener todo, 24 cromos de un mismo jugador con imagen doble y 1 triple. En total 591 cromos.     Temporada 1979/1980 El discurso inicial de bienvenida corrió a cargo de Salvador Santos, en ausencia del presidente de la entidad, Vicente Calderón, quien se encuentra en una clínica malagueña realizando su anual chequeo médico. Las palabras del vicepresidente atlético se movieron en la línea tópica de todas las presentaciones: «Dedicación, entrega, compañerismo y sacrificio», son las cuatro exigencias del club a los jugadores. Esta temporada no ha habido ningún fichaje espectacular. Los más de cien millones de pesetas gastados la anterior en las cuatro contrataciones -una por línea- de Navarro, Arteche, Guzmán y González no permiten mayores dispendios, aunque no se descarta el posible fichaje de un delantero, refuerzo, que, según Luís, «ampliaría las posibilidades de una plantilla que considero equilibrada».
