METHODOLOGY: This review was conducted having sought feedback regarding scheme performance from multiple tenants. Scheme owners nor any other third party were not consulted in the course of conducting this review. Over two hundred & twenty shopping centre tenants who operate over 650 shopping centre stores participated in the review. Overall shopping centre performance was computed by weighting all variables excluding exit probability by 50% and weighting exit probability by 50%. The total of each weighted group determined overall shopping centre performance. The Retail Excellence Shopping Centre Review 2017 is the most in-depth shopping centre health review in the Republic of Ireland. Those shopping centres for which a reasonable tenant sample was unavailable were excluded from this review.
