Click to enlarge Last night, Judge Michelle T. Friedland was one of a three judge 9th Circuit Court panel in San Francisco, CA, who refused to overturn Judge James Robart’s lower court block of President Trumps temporary ban on immigration from seven high risk countries.

Oddly, the 29‐page opinion did not contain even a single statute upon which the judges based their decision. Instead, it was a romp through past legal cases. The decision was cobbled together to look official, but it wholly lacked Constitutional credibility. It was a political statement dressed up like a legal opinion.

Friedland has close relationships with Silicon Valley companies including Google, Facebook and Cisco. She is clearly biased in fact. But even if not in fact, she has the appearance of bias. Either way, she should have recused.

These companies were/are notoriously‐known contributors and backers of Hillary Clinton and The Clinton Foundation. They even wrote her letters of recommendation after her nomination on Aug. 1, 2013 by Barack Obama.

Justifying their questions by pointing to Trump’s habit of making demonstrably false claims.

“It’s not normal behavior. I don’t know anybody in a position of responsibility that doesn’t know if they’re being rained on. And nobody I work with serially offers up verifiably false statements on an ongoing basis,”

A newspaper columnist for the British conservative magazine Spectator in September of 2016 wrote how Sweden was an example of how not to handle immigrants, an article of particular interest in light of President Donald Trump’s critical comments on Sweden during a Florida rally on Saturday night.

Trump in his speech referenced "what's happening last night in Sweden" at his rally, a comment criticized by many, but later cleared up by a White House spokeswoman as Trump "talking about rising crime and recent incidents in general and not referring to a specific incident."

CNN is all beside itself piking at Donald Trump’s “Look what is happening in Sweden last night” comment. They can’t find out what happened last night in the way of a terror attack. The Swedes (some of them anyway ) say they’re puzzled too.

Trumps says that his comment was in reference to a report he saw on Fox News that was about the overall immigrant situation in Sweden. This was an interview with American journalist and pundit Ami Horowitz, who recently traveled to Scandinavia to report first hand. He was interviewed on Fox by Ed Henry.

Organizing for Action, the activist group that morphed from Barack Obama’s first presidential campaign, has partnered with the newly‐formed Indivisible Project for “online trainings” on how to protest President Donald Trump’s agenda. Last week, Breitbart News extensively reported that Indivisible leaders are openly associated with groups financed by billionaire George Soros.

Politico earlier this month profiled Indivisible in an article titled, “Inside the protest movement that has Republicans reeling.” The news agency not only left out the Soros links, but failed to note that the organizations cited in its article as helping to amplify Indivisible’s message are either financed directly by Soros or have close ties to groups funded by the billionaire, as Breitbart News documented.

Organizing for Action (OFA) is a so‐called community organizing project that sprung from Obama’s 2012 campaign organization, Organizing for America, becoming a nonprofit described by the Washington Post as “advocate[ing] for the president’s policies.”

In a recent Facebook post titled, “Take a deep breath. Then take action,” OFA called on constituents to lobby particularly hard between now and February 26, when lawmakers will be in their home districts.
