The renowned Place Ducale in Charleville-Mézières will host the event, Chefs and master chocolate masters treating the vistors to tasting, demonstrations and workhops. with the traditional parade and demonstrations of their skills by French and Belgian craftsmen. The watchwords of this unique good-natured get-together are, as always, tradition, good food and regional products. This year the guest of honour is the Belgium brotherhood of la Carmelle from Doische.
