Return Operation of Moroccans living abroad

Following the High Royal Instructions, Royal Air Maroc is mobilizing to facilitate the routing of the Moroccan diaspora to the country. The company sets up an exceptional and historic device to facilitate the movement of Moroccans living abroad (MRE) during the summer.

In this context, more than 3 million seats will be dedicated to this operation between June 15 and September 30, including 600,000 in charters.

Summary of MRE operation ticket conditions:

 Tickets from abroad to Morocco only  Date of transport: until September 30  Tickets purchased in cash (no use of previous credit or EMD)  Non-refundable, non-exchangeable tickets.

For customers who have already purchased their tickets for the period from June 15 to September 30, they can still benefit from the commercial provisions in force: - a refund against a voucher to be used over a later period. These vouchers are valid 12 months, and refundable in cash at the end of their validity; - or a change of travel date, without penalty. Exceptionally, the new date of transport is extended until March 31, 2022 instead of October 31 initially (fare difference may be applied). Customers who have already benefited from a first change free of charge, can exceptionally obtain a second change free of charge on an exceptional basis; - or a cash refund under the fare conditions of the ticket (if the refund is permitted).

Passengers who choose one of the above options waive their reservation which will be definitively canceled.

Hereafter the updated conditions of travel from/to Morocco following the latest authorities’ decision:

 The countries are classified into two categories:

o The "A" list includes all countries with good indicators concerning the epidemiological situation, in particular the spread of variants of the virus; o The "B" is a restrictive list of all the countries not concerned by the relief measures contained in the "A" list, due to the epidemiological situation.

 Passengers from these countries must meet the following conditions:

o List "A": travelers from these countries - whether they are Moroccan citizens, foreigners established in Morocco, or citizens of these countries or foreigners residing there - may have access to Moroccan territory if they present a negative PCR test result of less than 48 hours, or on presentation of a certificate vaccination. For people not or incompletely vaccinated, a negative PCR test of less than 48 hours must be presented before boarding. Passengers must present the duly completed health form before boarding. o List "B": Travelers from these countries must present a negative PCR test less than 48 hours, then undergo a confinement of 10 days at his own expense. A control PCR test will be performed on the 9th day. They no longer need to obtain exceptional authorizations before traveling. List B passengers who have stayed in a list A country 10 days or more before their arrival in Morocco are not concerned by the quarantine.

Important: We remind you that it is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to be informed before his trip and to comply with the authorities’ conditions and requirements of the departure and arrival countries.

List A contains the Member States of the United Nations that are not mentioned in List B.

Customers whose flights are canceled following the COVID-19 pandemic can thus benefit from changes in the following conditions:

 One change free of charge and without fare difference, up to 15 days after the initial travel date from/to another destination in the same geographical area;  Ticket Change beyond these timelines are allowed but fare difference may be applicable if the initial fare class is not available.

Considering that regular international flights are still suspended, the commercial measures set up by Royal Air Maroc to support our passengers are still applicable, and now concern all tickets regardless of their date of issue (tickets issued on regular flights only).

Our clients still have the possibility to change freely the date of departure and the destination as many times as desired without penalties (tariff difference may apply). For passengers who don’t have visibility on their travel date, a voucher can be issued. The validity of the travel vouchers is 12 months and it is possible to get cash refund at the end of the validity period if the voucher is not used.

Below a summary of the provisions with the extension of eligibility for all tickets issued:

 Targeted passengers: All the issued tickets issued, in all Royal Air Maroc network including canceled flights because of de COVID 19 authorities’ restrictions. (Prime- tickets included);

 Travel date: No restriction;

 Ticket Change: unlimited changes of ticket date and destination, free of charge;

 Conditions: change within the same fare class; (Tariff difference applicable in case of unavailability of the initial fare class or change of the destination)

 flight deadline: until March 31,2021 (return date can be extended beyond this deadline to keep the same duration of the trip);

 Voucher Refund: refund by nominal voucher valid 12 months from the date of its issue. The voucher is refundable in cash on the expiry date. The voucher is issued by travel agencies or our call center.

 Cash Refund for tickets that are partially or not yet used, cash reimbursement is possible only at the same point of sale that issued the original ticket;

 Voucher issued by travel agencies are reimbursable only at the level of the issuing travel agency.  Vouchers issued at Royal Air Maroc call center, whose initial tickets are issued at a travel agency level, are refundable at the agency issuing the initial ticket;  Vouchers issued at Royal Air Maroc call center for a ticket initially issued at a Royal Air Maroc agency, the call center or the royalairmaroc.com site, are refundable at RAM call center. Reimbursement is made on the same card used for the purchase or, failing that, by bank transfer.

 Fare conditions remain applicable

All Passengers entering Morocco must present a negative PCR test lasting less than 48 hours, or a certificate of vaccination. The serological test is no longer required. Passengers of 10 a,d under the age of 10 are exempt from this requirement.

Royal Air Maroc reminds you that wearing a mask is compulsory within our flights and that only handbags, bags for children and computers are allowed on board as luggage.

All passengers with a valid ticket:

 Allowed before departure/ arrival ;  Allowed, unlimited number of changes free of charge

Conditions Passengers impacted by a cancellation of at least one flight:  One change free of charge and without fare difference, up to 15 days after the initial travel date from/to another destination in the same geographical area;  One change free of charge and without fare difference until March 21, 2022 from/to the same destination;  Ticket Change beyond these timelines are allowed but fare difference may be applicable if the initial fare class is not available.

All passengers with a valid ticket:

 Change within the same fare class (Tariff difference applicable in case of unavailability of the initial fare class or change of the destination);  The ticket changes can be done in your travel agency or at [email protected] .

New travel dates  Until March 31, 2021 inclusive (return date can be extended beyond this deadline to keep the same duration of the trip)

Voucher Refund Individual tickets:  Nominal Voucher  valid 12 months from the date of its issue  Applicable for refundable and non refundable tickets ;  No refund penalty is applied;  Non-refundable unused taxes are not refunded  The voucher is refundable in cash on the expiry date.

Voucher issued by travel agencies are reimbursable only at the level of the issuing travel agency.

Vouchers issued at Royal Air Maroc call center for a ticket initially issued at a Royal Air Maroc agency, the call center or the royalairmaroc.com site, are refundable at RAM call center at [email protected].

Cash refund For tickets that are partially or not yet used, cash reimbursement is only authorized at the same point of sale issuing the original ticket;

 Credit notes issued by a travel agency are refundable only at the issuing travel agency;

 Vouchers issued at Royal Air Maroc call center, whose initial tickets are issued at a travel agency, are refundable at the travel agency.

 Vouchers issued at the call center for a ticket initially issued at a Royal Air Maroc agency, the call center or the royalairmaroc.com, are refundable at the RAM call center. Reimbursement is made on the same card used for the purchase or, failing that, by bank transfer.

Fare conditions remain applicable. The validity of the previous vouchers will be modified automatically to 12 months.
