The auctioneer has sole discretion in the case of a dispute among bidders. S • Amoskeag Auction Company, Inc. has taken great care in the preparation of the descriptions in this catalog. Although we believe everything in the descriptions to be true, we do not guarantee - any part of any description. We recommend that the bidders view the items in person and form their own opinions as to condition, originality, origin, etc. Amoskeag Auction Company, Inc. will A 3 consider all requests for refunds. A discounted Buyer’s K S Premium of 15% will apply to all purchases paid by cash or check. - GUIDELINES FOR FIREARM PURCHASES • All Federal, State and Local firearms laws will be observed. FFL holders may take possession of any 7 firearm on day of sale when they present a signed copy of their Federal Firearms License. New Hampshire residents over the age of 21 may take possession of any firearm on day of sale providing the 1 proper paperwork is filled out and the transfer has been approved either through the NH State Police S 0 or the FBI NICS System. While most NICS and State approvals are immediate, approvals could take up to 3 days. Most non-residents may take possession of long guns on day of sale after completing the 2 proper forms and successfully completing a NICS check; modern handguns will need to be shipped to , an FFL holder in the buyer’s home state. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges and all items must be paid for on day of sale. Bidders should be familiar with their local and state laws. 6 Firearms are marked as follows: 2 ANTIQUE - no paperwork required O C&R - for firearms that fall under the ATF Curio & Relics licensing and if purchased by a person & with a “C&R License” no paperwork is required. Many of these are brand-new with their SALE NO.original 113 boxes, many show scant use and some are merely good collectible examples. The hand guns are listed below, the long arms start at lot #2369. They are all identified with [Walter “Walt” Rauch Collection] 2000. SMITH & WESSON MODEL 5906 SEMI-AUTO PISTOL serial #AIP0708, 9mm, 4” barrel with an excellent bore. The matte stainless steel surfaces rate very good to excellent with light scattered scratches. The checkered black synthetic factory grips rate near excellent with a few handling marks. This pistol is equipped with factory three dot sights and ambidextrous slide mounted de-cockers. The white paint in the dots of the rear sight is missing but easily replaced. The pistol includes four factory magazines. Two magazine have fourteen round capacity and the other two are fifteen round capacity (later magazines increased capacity by one round). (88100-151) {MODERN} [Walter “Walt” Rauch Collection] (300/500) 2001. SMITH & WESSON MODEL 642 CENTENNIAL AIRWEIGHT REVOLVER serial #BKA0549, 38 Special, 1 7/8” barrel with an excellent bore. This revolver retains about 96% frosted satin finish on the alloy frame and the remaining stainless steel parts rate about good to very good with scattered light handling marks, wear marks and a turn ring on the cylinder. The revolver is fitted with later added Crimson Trace checkered synthetic and rubber laser grips that are fully functional and rate excellent. The smooth combat trigger has been polished and edges rounded. The front sight and ramp has been removed and a XS Sight Systems large dot sight with Tritium insert dovetailed to the barrel; the insert no longer glows. The revolver includes the original factory box that is correctly end labeled and numbered to the gun, manual and paperwork. (88100-109) {MODERN} [Walter “Walt” Rauch Collection] (300/500) 2002. SMITH & WESSON MODEL 10-10 MILITARY & POLICE REVOLVER serial #CBU1746, 38 Special, 4” heavy barrel with an excellent bore. The metal surfaces 2002 retain about 99% factory blue with scattered light scratch- es and a turn ring on the cylinder. The standard hammer and smooth combat trigger retain bold case-hardened colors with minor operational marks. The checkered rubber finger groove factory round butt Uncle Mike’s combat grips rate good with most of the loss on the right panel which exhibits several heat damaged areas. The revolver includes a factory hard case that is correctly end labeled and numbered to the gun, manual and paperwork. This revolver appears to have seen minimum use. (88100-150) {MODERN} [Walter “Walt” Rauch Collection](300/500) 2003. SMITH & WESSON MODEL 10-10 MILITARY & POLICE REVOLVER serial #CCN4838, 38 Special, 4” heavy barrel with an excellent bore. The metal surfaces retain about 99% factory blue with light scratches, limited high edge wear and a turn ring on the cylinder. The M.I.M.’s smooth combat trigger and standard hammer retain strong but unremarkable case-hardened colors. The check- ered rubber finger groove factory round butt Uncle Mike’s combat grips rate excellent. The revolver includes a factory hard case that is correctly end labeled and numbered to the gun. This revolver appears to have seen minimum use. (88100-163) {MODERN} [Walter “Walt” Rauch Collection] (300/500) 2004. SMITH & WESSON MODEL 10-10 MILITARY & POLICE REVOLVER serial #CBY0688, 38 Special, 4” heavy barrel with an excellent bore. The metal surfaces retain about 99% factory blue with light scratches, lim- ited high edge wear and a turn ring on the cylinder.
