Patrick McPherson focuses on disputes relating to construction, energy and infrastructure projects. A partner in our Trial and Global Disputes practice based in , Patrick represents clients across the , and Africa driven by a pragmatic and commercial approach to dispute resolution. Recognized in Legal 500 as having “substantial industry experience” and “an in depth knowledge of dealing with complex high value construction disputes in the GCC”, Patrick acts in complex and substantial claims for employers and developers, contractors and engineering and design consultants in a variety of dispute forums including the ICC, DIAC, LCIA, SCCA, ADCCAC as well as local courts.

Patrick is admitted to the High Court of New Zealand. Patrick was previously in-house counsel for one of the Middle East’s largest construction companies. Prior to working in the Middle East he was a Partner at a firm in Auckland, New Zealand.
