Put some diesel in a tank, keep it higher than the engine, put supply and return fuel lines in it • Easy schmeezy!!! Take the hot wire that goes to the original Sami coil (hopefully it is still there) lengthen it, put an eyelet on it, and voila!!! It's hot when the key is on, therefore energizing the solenoid. On your relay plug base or your actual glow plug relay, you will find a set of numbers. Take a look here at figure #4: http://acmeadapters.com/support_2.php Figure number 4 will show you what wires go where and what wires your missing in your plug end. We'll help you through the wiring. Its not as scary as it seems. For your starter circuit, you need to use your stock samurai wiring harness as is with no modifications: Black wire with a yellow stripe goes to your solonoid on the starter. Fat red wire from the battery goes to your solonoid post with the big nut. -
1998-02 Chevrolet Camaro & Pontiac Firebird 3.8L Engine
Installation Instructions: 17358 1998-02 CHEVROLET CAMARO & PONTIAC FIREBIRD 3.8L ENGINE Slip-fit catalytic converter Removal: 2/21/2020 1) Raise the vehicle up on a hoist or rack to working height. If you do not have access to a hoist or rack raise the vehicle and support securely with jack stands. 2) Using a hacksaw or sawsall, cut the inlet pipe off where it enters the muffler case. Separate the hanger rod on the left tailpipe from its rubber hanger mount. This will allow you to remove the entire muffler tailpipe assembly. 3) The rear panhard bar must be rotated down to allow the over-axle pipe to be removed. The bar runs above and parallel to the rear end housing. There are three bolts that secure it to the unibody which must be removed. There are also two small sheet metal screws which fasten the bar to a heatshield that need to be removed. Once these are removed, pull the bar down as far as you can. (Keep all of the bolts because you will need to put them back.) 4) Using a prybar, separate the metal hanger rod from the rubber mount at the rear of the over-axle pipe. 5) Loosen the band clamp on the front pipe to cat connection. There is a square hole in the cross brace that allows you to reach it with a 15mm deep socket and extension. Once loose, the pipe can be slid back off of the cat pipe. If you are working on a rack, you will be able to now swing the whole pipe down and negotiate it out from over the axle. -

15 Questions to Matthias Hinz and Michael Maasmeier of SCUDERIA AZZURRA
15 questions to Matthias Hinz and Michael Maasmeier of SCUDERIA AZZURRA Please introduce yourselves and your company. What is your company’s field of expertise? Maasmeier: My partners Matthias Hinz and Lukas Mühlemann are passionate classic car lovers – just like me. We have been collecting classic cars for decades. This passion for classic cars has brought us together, regardless of national borders. We have long been looking for the perfect restoration, but our expectations remained unfulfilled. Eventually, we decided to take matters into our own hands and founded SCUDERIA AZZURRA. We are offering classic Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Lancia on the international market. All cars have been restored in top condition exclusively by us in our own workshop. Using original components, we restore the cars completely, from car body, engine and gearboxes to technology. When did you fall for classic automobiles? Was there a key experience in your childhood/youth that turned you into a classic car lover? Hinz: I bought my first classic car, then a rather modern classic, at the age of 18. It was a 1968 VW Beetle Convertible. With the help of an alleged expert, I gained a first insight into car restoration. I discovered my passion for Italian sports cars in the early 90s. I read an article on a Lancia Flaminia Touring Coupé in a magazine for classic cars and it was love at first sight. I was so excited that I took the next opportunity and bought one in the US, without even looking at it beforehand. Maasmeier: My father was a true sports car fan and owned a Jaguar.
