If they are well enough, patients who do not receive t-PA are transferred to the Emergency Department of their ‘home’ hospital

Hospital for this care. Cardiologists use a balloon catheter and stent to quickly open the blocked artery

Telehomecare A new way for patients living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to manage their condition at home. Osler partners with the local Telehomecare Program (funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care) which links patients from home to registered nurses at Brampton Civic Hospital or Etobicoke General Hospital
