Cross Country programme for 2016 Cross Country criteria – Very important

 Starting times for all league races :  15h45 – girls U/14 and U/15 (4km) + boys U/14 (4km)  16h10 – boys U/19 (8km) and girls U/19 (6km)  16h30 – boys U/15 (4km) and girls U/16 & U/17 (4km)  16h50 – boys U/16 & U/17 (6km)  Athletes MUST complete 7 of the 9 league races to qualify for Zonal and WP Champs.  Zonal Champs is a compulsory event!  Athletes must run in school colours (remember your sticker with your name, school name and age group – get this from Mrs Ochse before each race).  The top 20 (per age group) who qualify after the Zonal Champs will be invited to WP Champs.  Age groups that will be catered for: U/14, U/15, U/16, U/17, U/19 boys and girls.  No medical certificate or letter will be accepted at any league or champs.  If an athlete misses any of the championship races he/she will not be considered for any Zonal, WP or teams.  Birth certificates are required for all new athletes at WP Champs.
