ATPI Alerts Travel Opportunities per Country during Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Valued Client,

Countries all over the world are implementing travel bans and restrictions in an effort to limit the spread of the COVID pandemic outbreak. Below you may find the most recent updates in short. Note that unexpected travel cancellations are taking place and airlines status may change at any given time without prior notice. The enlisted information are based on the officially announced governmental travel restrictions and quarantine measures.

Below is a summary of the latest updates, please be aware it is not a complete overview of all current travel bans and restrictions.

Areas & airports opening or softening restrictions

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:

1. Hungary, Slovenia: Update: Governments agree on gradual reopening of the border by 1 June 2. Germany: Update: Germany may end its global travel warning from mid-June 3. Georgia works to resume several international flight connections after tourist bans are lifted starting 1 July 4. Northern Ireland eases COVID-19 restrictions on 18 May 5. Portugal: Update: Government starts second phase of lifting COVID-19 restrictions on 18 May 6. Azerbaijan: Security Message: U.S. Embassy reports government easing some COVID- 19 related restrictions 7. Estonia: government lifts COVID-19 related Emergency Situation; some restrictions still in place 8. Albania: government continues to loosen COVID-19 related restrictions 9. Italy, Spain: Update: Spain lifts restrictions on direct flights, ships from Italy following ban because of COVID-19 outbreak

ASIAN /AUSTRALIAN COUNTRIES:

10. Laos: government announces new measures, some restrictions continue to reduce spread of COVID-19

AFRICAN / MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES:

11. Tanzania: Update: Authorities resumes international passenger flights on 18 May after suspension because of COVID-19

AMERICAN COUNTRIES:

12. Bahamas: Update: Government plans to resume commercial flights from 1 July

AIRLINES:

13. Finland: Update: expects to resume flights in July 14. U.S.: Update: will resume flying several major routes in June 15. Georgia: Update: will resume flights from 1 July 16. Europe: expands flight schedule to several European destinations from June 17. Poland: Update: LOT Poland Airlines will resume some domestic flights on 1 June after COVID-19 related suspension

18. Europe, Estonian government bans direct flights to several high-risk COVID-19 countries 19. Slovenia: Update: Government to tighten border controls for some visitors amid lockdown easing 20. Morocco: Update: Government will extend lockdown to contain spread of COVID-19 until 10 June 21. Iraq: Government to impose lockdown in parts of Baghdad because of COVID-19 22. Turkey: Update: President announces four-day lockdown from 23 May to prevent spread of COVID-19 23. United Arab : Update: Government to extend nightly curfew by two hours from 20 May after increase in COVID-19 cases 24. Sudan: Update: Government extends lockdown in Khartoum by two weeks to slow spread of COVID-19 25. Nigeria: Update: President extends movement restrictions by two weeks because of COVID-19 26. Bulgaria: country will continue to ban admission to third-country nationals, including U.S. citizens until 14 June because of COVID-19 27. Kenya: Embassy advises mandatory, country-wide curfew extended until 6 June 28. Madagascar: government has extended State of Health Emergency 29. Costa Rica, Nicaragua: Nicaraguan government closes border with Costa Rica amid COVID-19 outbreak
