New construction project of 584 key select service hotel, 3 contiguous hotels located along the north side of West 39th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues, in the midtown west section of Manhattan. The 224,000 SF complex includes a 32 story, 184 key Hampton Inn (Hilton Worldwide); a 32 story, 188 key Candlewood Suites (InterContinental Hotels Group); and a 36 story, 210 key Holiday Inn Express (InterContinental Hotels).
