Your Fairytale Awaits Your Fairytale Awaits... www.cavecastlehotel.com Wedding Brochure 2019 Photograph kindly supplied by Stephen Armishaw Photography W Welcome Our stunning fairytale Castle is set among the most divine landscape. Cave Castle is blessed with unique character which ensures your entire day is the most special it could possibly be. Whether you are planning an intimate wedding reception or an exceptional after party, Cave Castle is the idyllic country retreat for the most amazing fantasy W wedding you could ever have dreamed of. “ We held our wedding on the 10th December and it was absolutely faultless! Our wedding planner was exceptional and kept us both calm. Nothing was too much trouble and Michael the toast master was well worth his weight in gold and made the day go to plan. “ Bar staff/waiters were fab too and made our time there ever better with their great service and humour Our guests said it was the best Photograph kindly supplied by wedding ever! Andrew Crozier - Insight Photography The Experience Preparing for your wedding is undoubtedly one of the most exciting (and for some, daunting) times of your lives. Bridesmaids, Best Men, Groomsmen, Guests, Themes, Colours, Photographs, Flowers, Decor, Cakes, Favours, Gifts, lists….lists… lists, all apparently endless and we haven’t even mentioned the dress! We know your wedding day will be one of the most special events in your life and our team of experts are able to offer invaluable advice from the very early stages of planning and throughout, meaning you can relax and trust that your wedding will be all that you had hoped for! Our team invite you to experience all that Cave Castle has to offer. EWe look forward to arranging your visit! “ Not only is it a beautiful setting for a wedding, we were really happy with the location and were impressed by the staff from the start. As we were organising the wedding from a distance, we were pleased that a lot of the details were able to be organised via e-mail. We also found that they were happy to be flexible with their packages to make our day exactly what we wanted. Most of our immediate family stayed for 2 nights with us at Cave Castle Hotel, meaning we got to taste the table d’hôte menu in the restaurant the night before the wedding. There were 16 of us and we all had lovely meals. Likewise, the food served during our wedding reception was beautiful, with lots of compliments from our guests saying how much they were enjoying the food (and the day of course)! I couldn’t possibly list every positive“ part of our experience as I’d go on forever, but our day ran so smoothly, with extremely attentive and helpful staff at every part of the day. Thank you for everything - we had the Venue Styling & Flowers by The Floral Lounge best wedding day ever! Photograph kindly supplied by Stephen Armishaw Photography B The Balmoral The Balmoral Suite was the original ballroom of the Castle, perfect for your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening celebrations. Originally the courtyard of the Castle, it still retains some of the exterior arches and walls and can cater for up to 150 guests for a Swedding breakfast and 200 guests for an evening buffet. “ From the very first second of arriving the staff were fantastic, both friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The venue is superb and I wouldn’t change it for the world. So happy to have chosen Cave Castle to celebrate my marriage and the pictures back this up too. The food is phenomenal, and I advise “ you do not eat 4 days prior as you get so so much for such a reasonable cost. Once booked in we were shown up to our fabulous four poster bedroom! The staff were delightful and the a la carte food superb. Photograph kindly supplied by Stephen Armishaw Photography The Grounds Our Georgian house has a timeless elegance that embraces celebrations exuding warmth and character that is complimented by four acres of glorious gardens, beautiful meadow, original turrets, a stone gatehouse, manicured lawns and a wonderful lake. The stunning grounds that come with a Cave Castle wedding make for Gthe most breathtaking photographic opportunities. The Wedding Breakfast Our talented, award winning chefs pay particular attention to our menus and have put together a selection of packages to include some of our most popular dishes using the very best ingredients and locally sourced produce. We would naturally be delighted to discuss your choice with you and offer advice if needed. WPlease see enclosed insert for our latest menu options. “ From the very first call to inquire about staying in the hotel, to checking out and paying the bill, the service from all those who work at Cave Castle, is first class. The hotel itself is brilliant, ticking all the boxes for a family break. Beautiful gardens to explore, run wild in and play hide and seek in along with friendly and consistently hungry geese and ducks to feed and one of the most gorgeous and relaxing pools to swim in. The food was impressive (during our 3 “ day stay we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner) and again delivered by an impressive team of staff, who made our 5 and 6 year old feel as welcome as they made me and my husband. I hope we return soon. The Relaxation Guests staying at Cave Castle are welcome to enjoy our luxurious health club, spa and fine dining facilities.
