The deliverable will describe the methodology and the results of the on-site visit of the various EU partners to the HEI in Morocco. According to the schedule of Tempus NORIA Project, professors from European Universities visited 7 Research Institutions and Universities in Morocco the first semester of 2013. The scope of this visit was to collect information from individuals and organizations involved in technology transfer related to the water sector about experiences with technology transfer, the identification of “best practices,” and the “barriers” to implementing best practices in different regions of Morocco. In parallel sets of questionnaires addressed to Authorities, Research Organisations and Companies were sent by local universities to research organisations, authorities and companies. The results of the collected questionnaires are analyzed below, and are considered as part of the document on “D1.1: Report on water sector technology transfer and innovation in Morocco” as part of WP1 Analysis’’. These questionnaires were considered as full integrated reports for the needs of Tempus partners. Onsite visits acted as complementary to filled questionnaires because more information was obtained and some points were more clarified through oral discussion between Tempus representatives and stakeholders. 4 Table of Contents Table of Contents ................................................................................................................................................... 5 1.
