TREBALL FI DE GRAU Grau en Enginyeria Mecànica OPTIMITZACIÓ DE LA RIGIDESA D’UN XASSÍS D’UNA MOTOCICLETA ELÈCTRICA DE COMPETICIÓ Memòria i Annexos Autor: JOAN FERRAO GENESCÀ Director: DAVID SANCHEZ MOLINA Departament: RMEE Convocatòria: MAIG 2018 Optimització de la rigidesa d’un xassís d’una motocicleta elèctrica de competició Resum En el present projecte, l’autor presenta un procés de càlcul i validació del disseny del xassís d’una motocicleta elèctrica de competició. El principal objectiu és obtenir un xassís amb una rigidesa el més òptima possible donades les condicions reals de funcionament, tot minimitZant el pes i assegurant una integritat estructural del vehicle. Aquesta optimitZació passa primerament per obtenir unes dades de les condicions reals de conducció de la motocicleta. Sense unes dades el més pròximes a la realitat qualsevol procés d’optimització no pot ser correctament validat. És imprescindible obtenir dades reals de la situació de conducció de la motocicleta pel seu disseny. Aquest no és el cas ja que aquest projecte, englobat en un equip universitari que participarà per primer cop en la competició universitària MotoStudent no disposa. Per tant es servirà de models matemàtics i diferents eines enginyerils per passar aquest primer escull i així poder aconseguir dades el més pròximes a la realitat, i obtenir el millor primer disseny possible. També servirà per en un futur, poder validar aquest procés presentat, i així utilitzar aquestes eines per l’avaluació del comportament de la futura motocicleta i els següents períodes de disseny. El procés presentat consta primerament d’una optimitZació geomètrica. Com posicionar el centre de gravetat objectiu, on el comportament de la nostra motocicleta serà el més equilibrat possible. -

Hij komt uit Italië en is geboren op 16 februari 1979 en is nu 29 jaar oud . Hij is motorcoureur geworden en rijdt in de motoGP. En rijd nu op een Yamaha yzr-m1en rijdt altijd met nummer 46. Bronnen 2 Begin carrière Valentino's 1e contact met de motorfiets was op 2-jarige leeftijd, zijn moeder Stefania vond dit gevaarlijk, waardoor vader Graziano de motorfiets verving voor een go-kart. Maar het ging nooit snel genoeg voor de Rossi-familie, dus werd de 60 cc kartmotor vervangen voor een 100 cc nationaal kartmotor voor de toen 5- jarige Valentino. Ondanks zijn interesse in zijn gitaar en voetballen, was Valentino niet geïnteresseerd in school en studeren. Moeder Stefania wilde het liefst dat Valentino voetballer werd, maar Valentino was meer geïnteresseerd in gravel pits en motorraces. Vader Graziano probeerde 1 jaar voordat Valentino, toen 9 jaar, legaal aan de go-kart deel mocht nemen, al een juniorkartlicentie te krijgen, maar dit mislukte. In 1990 won hij met 9 overwinningen het regionale Kart Kampioenschap. In 1991 ging hij ook op minibikes rijden en won hij 16 races in de regionale minibikewedstrijden. Maar omdat minibikesracen voor de lol was, ging hij toch door met karten en werd hij 5e in het Nationaal Kart Kampioenschap in Parma. -
