Filing Your Weekly Claim with ESD You must submit an unemployment claim every week while participating in SharedWork, even if you are working full-time hours. Between 12 a.m. Sunday and 11:59 p.m. Saturday each week, log into the Employee Security Department website (https://www.esd.wa.gov/) and file a claim for the previous week (Sunday through Saturday prior) by clicking on “You have a UI weekly claim to file” in the “Alerts” or “My accounts” section.
