OVERVIEW OF HUMANITARIAN SITUATION

United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs provided the following update: • The general security situation has remained tense with the increase of usage of heavy weapon. Hotspots: Shyrokine, Lebedynske, Marinka, Opynte, Vodyane, Pisky, Novoluhanske, , Pavlopil. 23 incidents were registered for one day – March 27. • UNOCHA Kramatorsk briefly provided updates on establishment of County-based pool fund in Ukraine. • UNOCHA underlined the necessity to consider the provision of automatic external defibrillators PUI stated that their first aid points at EECPs are equipped with AED (AED) on ECCP due to an increased number of people passed away due to heart problems while

Radnyk on IDP:

Phone application designed to provide respective legal support for IDPs is available. Continuation of advocacy on Draft Law #6692 regarding pensions for IDPs.

NGO Proliska reported on the PSS activities in each sub-office.

NRC continues ICLA and Shelter recovery. Legal clinic is currently not available. New office at Kramatorsk – blv. Mashynobudivnykiv 53.

DRC/DDG: • Cash grant for vocational training and professional training

• Grant for IDP’ business • Grant for families with kids-mine victims • Mobile legal clinics in Nevelske, Luhanske, Karlivka. • Preparations for demining activities.

DAI/USAID plans grans for vulnerable population up to USD 5000 via the online platform. UNOCHA to disseminate information about the project among partners

• Programs aimed to support people 60+ y.o.; • 6 centers of entertainment for the elderly are operational.

UNHCR: • Regular activities are ongoing; • New priority on stateless prevention.

The Child Smile (with GIZ): • Mini-grants in Severne, SIversk, Bahmut, ; • Dissemination on right and duties for youth.

Triangle Generation Humanitaire is about to finalize voucher program for 14000 households.

MDM is opening the office in to support three main programs: mobile medical teams (probably in UNOCHA to disseminate information about the project among partners partnership with local health services), capacity building by the provision of equipment and training, support to advocacy effort of Kyiv MDM office.
