At the request of Bob Holloway, our District Superintendent, a five-member task force has made the commitment to invest a large amount of time to meet together in order to ex- plore ways our church can continue the ministry of Jesus in West Fort Worth.

The Task Force---Christy Barto, Allen Brown, Joyce Brown, Barbara Leach, and Dwaine Robinson---represents a cross-section of our membership. The group will be meeting for sev- eral months with Raul Gutierrez (our new pastor) and Dan Bonner (a consultant from the Center for Urban Congregational Renewal). The group will invest time in prayer and study as they seek to examine personal hopes and dreams, to listen to the hopes and dreams of other members of our congregation, and to listen to the hopes and dreams of people in West Fort Worth who have no church home.

We ask all in our congregation to pray for this Task Force and to feel welcome to share your hopes and dreams with members of this Task Force. May we move faithfully into the future as we seek to continue the ministry of Jesus by making disciples through faith, hope, and love.

Order your Easter Lilies! They are $8.50 each and the orders must be received in the church office no later than Friday, March 26th. You can mail this slip in to the church office or drop it into the offering plate on Sunday morning. Thank you!
