- RAFAEL BUSH, DB, Detroit (6th year, SOUTH CAROLINA STATE) - Had three solo tackles, three assists, one sack in 20-17 win over Washington.

SPECIAL TEAMS - MARQUETTE KING, P, Oakland (5th season, FORT VALLEY STATE) - Five punts for 54.6-yard average, four downed inside the 20 with a long punt of 60 yards in 33-16 win over Jacksonville. King also ran 27 yards for a first down from punt formation.
