Gina Mancuso was named a first-team CoSIDA Academic All-American in 2012. Kori Cooper was a two-time first-team CoSIDA Academic All-American (2008, 2009), and Nebraska has had 11 academic All-Americans over the past 11 seasons. In 2007, Sarah Pavan was the CoSIDA Academic All-American of the Year in college volleyball and all NCAA Division I athletics for the second straight year.
