Locality Information Macro Locality The subject sites are dispersed through the greater Mahikeng region, primarily focused in the suburbs of Mmabatho, Mafikeng (including the likes of Golf View and Riviera Park) and Montshiwa. Mmabatho, although short lived, was the former capital and have since merged with Mafikeng, reducing Mmabatho to a suburb of Mafikeng. The greater Mafikeng (including Mmabatho) remains known for its specialised service offerings and includes many provincial government buildings, a shopping complex called Mega City, Mmabatho Stadium, Mmabatho Convention Centre, the North West Provincial Legislature, as well as the Mafikeng Campus of the North-West University. The properties are all well located, enjoying good accessibility and being located in close proximity to some major arterial routes including (but not limited to) Sekame Street, Dr James Moroka Drive, Shippard St (R49) and Modiri Molema Street, which provides direct access to all of the abovementioned service offerings, as well as being in close proximity to the Mmabatho College of Nursing.
