FAMILY DISCUSSION STARTERS: • Why was Nicodemus confused when Jesus said he must be born again? • What kind of birth was Jesus talking about? • How can we be born into God’s family?

FAMILY ACTIVITY: • Track the date of your kids’ spiritual birthdays and celebrate them with special dinners or other treats. Remind them what it means to be born again.

FAMILY ACTIVITY: • Get your kids to help install water-conservation and high- efficiency devices in your home. Talk about the importance of water as a resource and how we can steward it wisely. Discuss the unending supply of “living water” Jesus provides and how it becomes a spring inside us.

FAMILY DISCUSSION STARTERS: • Why did the people grumble when Jesus stayed with Zacchaeus? • How are we like Zacchaeus? • How has Jesus changed our lives forever?

FAMILY ACTIVITY: • Start a coin collection with your family. Collect all the loose change in your home. See if any coins found are rare by searching the Internet for the kind of coin and the year it was minted. Talk to your kids about the value of trusting Jesus.
