A preprint is a paper that is made available publicly via a Journal will consider for review articles previously available community preprint server prior to (or simultaneously with) as preprints on non-commercial servers such as ArXiv, submission to a journal. bioRxiv, psyArXiv, SocArXiv, engrXiv, etc.
