DV Counselling Booking Essential A 5-week course which gives mums, dads and carers the opportunity to spend special time interacting with their babies using massage. It Baby Massage - birth to 10 months helps with babies’ communication, sleep and digestion. Booking Essential Do you need information on debt, benefits, employment or Citizens Advice- please call the centre to book an appointment housing? Citizens Advice has practical, reliable information to help you solve your problems. Call 020 8724 1830 to book an appointment. A group that encourages mums, dads and carers to play, explore and communicate Babbling Babes - birth to 18 months with their babies. (sorry, no admittance after session starts) This is a monthly service where you can speak about any local issues with our Councillor Surgery ward councillor. Every 2nd Thursday of the month. Child Health Clinic Drop-in for 0 to 5 Bring babies red book to get your child weighed and speak to a Health Visitor if you years have any concerns on your child’s development and weaning. Community lead group come along for coffee and a chat. Income Raising Advice Check on money and debt advice Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Police Surgery is a free service where you can speak to a police officer regarding Police Surgery any concerns or crime in the area. This is a weekly service that runs for 4 weeks at a time. Parent Craft is a class ran by midwives to help you to prepare for your baby’s birth Parent Craft and give you confidence and information. To book a place please call 0208 5969 504 Parent Infant Therapy Sessions is a free & Confidential NHS Primary Health Parent Infant Therapy Sessions Service, offering support and psychological therapy for new parents registered in Barking and Dagenham. A group for mums, dads, carers and their children to have fun sharing books, stories Play with a Story - 0-5 years and activities together. Sharing books from birth helps children to learn to read later. We would like to thank you for giving us this opportunity to respond to your consultation. At this stage in the local plan process (regulation 19) we note that responses are confined to the soundness of the plan and if the plan meets the tests set out in the National Planning Policy Framework. Nevertheless, as a Local Planning Authority, we also have the right to make more general points regarding issues that impact on our borough under the Duty to Cooperate (Section 110, Localism Act, 2011). Barking and Dagenham welcomes the opportunity to discuss the comments submitted as part of Duty to Co-operate arrangements. The Vision for Redbridge (Section Two) In terms of the ‘Vision for Redbridge’ we note that the key diagram illustrates the location of the Investment and Growth Areas. The plan indicates that these go over the LB Redbridge boundary into our local authority (e.g. Chadwell Heath and Marks Gate). We appreciate that this is simply for illustrative purposes and the policy influence will not go be exported over the borough border. In order to reduce confusion, we would request that the extent of the Investment and Growth Areas do not extend beyond Redbridge and penetrate into Barking and Dagenham.

The current application is partly retrospective and relates to the er%ction of a front canopy in three gable sections with a total size of 5m deep and 21.5m to replace an existing canopy built without planning permission. The canopy is util or the storage of bulky items for sale including sacks of potatoes and other vegetables in connection with a retail grocery shop to the rear that was formerly the main sales area for the garden centre. The premises are located within the Green Belt, Background Originally the site was split between this borough and the London Borough of Havering. Only 0.37 of th6 frontage was in this borough containing the main sales building, plant display area and the applicant’s bu low. The rear part of the site, formerl’y within Havering, contained at least five b gs for which no planning consent appeared to have been granted and the fishing clubhouse has been extended and converted to a house without consent.
