Where do we come from? Montepulciano's history has always been closely linked to the fame of its vines and wines, as demonstrated by the centuries-old cellars in the town.

Vino Nobile and Montepulciano History Founded in 1965 with the aim of promoting and protecting the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano in Italy and in the rest of the world.
The wine producers that are currently members of the Consortium represent 90% of the registered vineyards producing Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
The total bottling wineries associated are 75:
