The Government of Serbia formulated “National Physical Plan of the Republic of Serbia” and the City of Belgrade prepared a city master plan, “Master Plan of Belgrade to 2021” which was approved in September 2003 by the city council. The Government of Serbia requested the Japanese Government to extend Japanese ODA Loans for a sewerage project, Sewerage System Improvement Project for the City of Belgrade (the Project), which is to implement a part of the said sewerage master plan. -
