Eddie Harold Wiser July 20, 1943 - November 17, 2007

Mr. Eddie Harold Wiser, age 64, of McKinney, Texas passed away November 17, 2007, in Dallas, Texas. He was born July 20, 1943, in McKinney to Loise “Shorty” Palmer Wiser and Mary Ellen (Biggs) Wiser. He was a graduate of Princeton High School and earned his masters degree from East Texas State University in biology and physical education. On May 14, 1982, he married Katie Sharon Bailey in McKinney. Mr. Wiser was a Coach and Health teacher for 31 years for Dallas and Princeton schools. He was a member of the Princeton Lions Club and the First United Methodist Church of Princeton. Eddie made many friends throughout Collin County through his hay hauling and dealer trades. He was a strong man and a hard worker. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. He is survived by his wife, Katie; daughters, Stephanie Perryman and her husband, Dejuan and Melanie Wingo all of Princeton; stepdaughters, Tammy Welborn and husband, Paul of Princeton, Penny Wilson of Austin, Texas and Toni Russell of Alvarado, Texas; grandchildren, Macee Perryman, Chastity and Matt Wingo; step-grandchildren, Keaton and Kylie Welborn; mother, Mary Wilson of Emory, Texas; brother, Dan Wiser of Emory; and stepbrothers, Robert Wilson of Leonard, Texas and Jack Wilson of Westminster, Texas. Mr. Wiser was preceded in death by his father, Shorty Wiser in 1990; stepfather, Frank Wilson in 2006; and grandparents, Daddy Pete Biggs and Momma Biggs. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 19, 2007, in the Turrentine- Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Pastor Jason McConnell officiating. Interment will follow at Wilson Chapel Cemetery in McKinney. The family will receive friends from 6:00-9:00 p.m., Sunday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Memorials many a sunday afternoon I spent at Eddies house along with Ronnie. we were the three-somes back in the 50s, unfortunately I moved back to Ks--dad was the Methodist preacher.
