For every player to have an opportunity to experience , and in different positions in the team

Requirements 1. Every player is to bowl a minimum of 2 over per match 2. If a player doesn't bat in one match they should be placed up the order in the next match, so that they get a bat 3. When possible, players should be advised of the batting order before the day of the game, so that the batsmen are mentally prepared 4. The players who should bowl additional overs, should be based on which players have bowled well in that particular match 5. Each team should have 2 or 3 captains, selected at the start of the competition, which are rotated match by match.

Note Coaches have the discretion regarding rotation method, provided the above requirements are followed

EXAMPLE OF A FAIR ROTATION METHOD

1. Players pick a number out of a hat 1-11, at the start of the competition / season and keep this number for the whole competition 2. The batting order for first match is in order as drawn (ie player 1 to player 11) 3. The bowling order for the first match starts at No. 7 (followed by No. 8) in the batting order. Every player gets to bowl 2 overs (one after the other) with any remaining overs, after all players have bowled 2 overs, allocated by the .
