It serves as an update of the October 2000 Fleet Management Plan and includes a description of the system, planned revenue service, projected growth of the system, and an assessment of vehicle maintenance current and future needs. Revisions of the October 2000 Fleet Management Plan contained in the current plan include: • Use of 2-car trains as a service improvement to address overcrowding during peak periods • Implementation of a rotation program to normalize vehicle mileage within the fleet • Plans to complete a mid-life modernization of the vehicle fleet Metromover’s processes and practices, as outlined in this plan, comply not only with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Circular 9030.1B, Chapter V, Section 15 entitled, “Fixed Guideway Rolling Stock,” but also with supplemental information received from FTA. This plan is a living document based on current realities and assumptions and is, therefore, subject to future revision. The plan is updated on a regular basis to assist in the planning and operation of Metromover. The Fleet Management Plan is structured to present the demand for service and methodology for analysis of that demand in Section Two.

Davis and Stephen L. Reich. The team worked closely with a Mover Rehabilitation Task Force made up of Agency Rail Division personnel including Hannie Woodson (Chair), Danny Wilson, George Pardee, William Truss, Gregory Robinson, Bud Butcher, Colleen Julius, Sylvester Johnson, and Cathy Lewis. IG07-81 Attached please [md the Office of the Inspector General's (OIG) [mal report regarding the above-captioned matter. Commissioner Diaz requested that we conduct this review. On February 6,2009, the OIG provided copies of this report, as a draft for comment,. to the General Services Administration (GSA), Miami-Dade Transit (MDT), and Kone, Inc. (Kone), which has been awarded County maintenance contracts for MetroMover elevators . and escalators since 1996. The OIG received a jointly written response from GSA and MDT, as well as a written response from Kone. These responses are included as Appendix A and B, respectively. This report addresses Kone's failure to adequately perform its duties and obligations pursuant to the maintenance contracts for MetroMover escalators. Although the escalators had a purported operational life of up to thirty years after initial installation, four of the escalators were corroded beyond repair after only eleven years of operation. Photographs of the corrosion damage taken in December 2005 are attached to the report as Exhibit Four. Further, an additional five escalators need significant repairs and refurbishment, again due to corrosion. In July 2006, Kone agreed to repair the additional five escalators at no cost to the County.

    2016-17 New Traffic Plan Since the AmericanAirlines Arena opened its doors on December 31, 1999, the ongoing transformation of downtown Miami has been nothing short of spectacular. Downtown Miami is one of the best urban success stories of our generation and AmericanAirlines Arena and the Miami HEAT are thrilled to be a part of the area’s continued growth. Because more and more people are living, working and playing here, we’ve established a new Traffic Plan designed to make leaving the area after a HEAT game or an Arena event a more organized and efficient process. We are confident this plan will help you get to where you need to go as quickly as possible. Our new Traffic Plan offers three separate exit routes for drivers who park on Arena property: Valet Parking Traffic Flow Guests that utilize Valet parking at AmericanAirlines Arena will follow the existing route: west along N.E. 8th Street, then north on to Biscayne Boulevard. The approximate time to I-95 and/or State Road 836 is 10 minutes along this route. P2 Traffic Flow Guests that park in the P2 parking garage will follow a new traffic route: east on Port Boulevard towards the Port Miami Tunnel and then west on the MacArthur Causeway (I-395). This new traffic flow provides an unobstructed route with no pedestrians or stoplight delays. It also avoids event traffic that congests downtown streets. The approximate time to I- 95 and/or State Road 836 is five minutes along this route. Miami Dade Police will maintain a presence along Port Boulevard to direct drivers towards the Port Miami Tunnel.

The scope of work includes: turf mowing and trimming, edging, leaf removal, planters, shrub, ground cover, hedge, rock bed maintenance, weed and vine control, clean yard trash pickup and disposal, clean-up, tree and palm thinning and pruning, fertilization, mulching, and pest and disease inspection and control. 2.2 DEFINITIONS A. Clean yard trash: Yard trash (inclusive of plastic, paper, cans, bottles, tree debris, and leaves) but free of other forms of solid waste such as garbage, bulky waste, illegal dumping, and tires. 1. Garbage: Any accumulation of discarded animal, fruit and vegetable matter. 2. Bulky Waste: Less than one (1) cubic yard of items such as furniture, white goods (ex: appliances), house fixtures (e.g.: cabinets, bathtubs, sinks, etc.) fences, construction and demolition debris (e.g. rocks), and electronics. Bulky waste does not include tires or other solid waste requiring special handling. 3. Illegal Dumping: Greater than one (1) cubic yard of items to include all listed under garbage and bulky waste and tires. B. Cancellation: not performing any work during the scheduled workday. C.
