The Deputy Commissioner- Chairperson 2. Chairperson, Zilla Parishad- Co-Chairperson 3. Chief Executive Officer of the District Authority- Member Secretary (to be nominated by the Deputy Commissioner) 4. Superitendent of Police- Member 5. Chief Medical Officer- Member 6. Executive Engineer PWD - Member 7. Executive Engineer, Water Resources - Member Besides the above, the Heads of all departments concerned with the management of disasters in the district such as Civil Defence, Food & Civil Supplies, Agriculture, Panchayat & Rural Development, Power, Irrigation, and Sports & Youth Welfare will be special invitees to all meeting of the District Disaster Management Authority. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Assam State Legislature Members (Removal of Disqualifications) Act, 1950. (2) It extends to the whole of Assam.
