June 21 Districts 7 & 8 Districts 1 & 2 Districts 3 & 4 Districts 5 & 6 The 2020 Congregational Meeting will take place Monday June 22, 2020 at 6:00 pm. On the agenda will be the election of elders and deacons, and the presentation and approval June 28 Districts 1 & 2 Districts 3 & 4 Districts 5 & 6 Districts 7 & 8 of the proposed 2020-2021 Financial Giving Plan. We will elect 3 elders. Candidates for Elder are: Steve Brussee, Mark Hoeksema, Greg Kamper, John Sikkema, Harry Van’t Voort, and Tony Visser. We will elect 2 deacons. Candidates for Deacon are: Jerry Barlow, Sean De Jong, Gary Kroon, and Greg Snodgrass. The retiring elders are Bill de Kok, Doug Field, and Kent Van Groningen. The retiring deacons are Larry Mouw and Dennis Sonke. In order to maintain the COVID-19 occupancy limits in the sanctuary, each household is requested to designate and send one representative only to the meeting. The representative will have the

proxies of all additional voting members in the household and will be allowed to vote for *Prayer Chain - Pastor Kevin (kevineffl[email protected]) him/herself and those whose proxies he/she holds in as many ballots as are required.
