Labor contracts for most Las Vegas casino resorts, including all but one of the Caesars properties, expire at the end of May. Last week, 25,000 union members voted to authorize a strike by a 99% margin. Main outstanding issues in CZR negotiations include technology, housekeeping workload study, union security in case of change of ownership, and wages and benefits. The difference between the two sides’ economic proposals is approximately $7.4 million in the first year and $8.9 million in the fifth year. A one-month strike could reduce CZR’s EBITDAR by nearly $120 million. Negotiations are scheduled for May 29 and May 30 Labor contracts for most Las Vegas casino resorts expire at the end of May. Collective bargaining agreements between UNITE HERE’s Culinary Local 226 and Bartenders Local 165 (“the Union”) and most of the casino resorts on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas are set to expire at the end of this month. All Caesars properties except the Rio have contracts expiring at the end of the month. (See the end of this note for a list of properties at risk.) Caesars has a significant presence in Las Vegas with a 63% EBITDA exposure. Negotiations for a new 5-year deal covering all CZR properties’ approximately 12,000 workers started in March, but major differences remain between the unions and the company. -

Executive Biography Stephanie Glanzer Chief Sales Officer & SVP MGM Resorts International Stephanie Glanzer, CMP, is Chief Sales Officer and Senior Vice President for MGM Resorts International. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s overall group sales strategy and operations comprised of industry relations, global sales and new developments as well as property operations including catering, convention services and wedding chapels. Stephanie and her team oversee and manage more than 4 million square feet of meetings and convention space in Las Vegas and throughout the U.S., positioning MGM Resorts as a leader in destination events and entertainment. Throughout her 23-year tenure with MGM Resorts, Stephanie has held a variety of executive sales positions within the organization including Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations where she was responsible for ensuring effectiveness and consistency in the group sales operation across the enterprise. Before transitioning into her corporate roles, Stephanie was Vice President of Sales at Mandalay Bay and Delano Las Vegas where she provided strategic leadership and direction for the Hotel Sales department as well as Convention Services and Catering, with her teams overseeing more than 2 million square feet of convention and exhibit space. Prior to Mandalay Bay, Stephanie was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa and a member of the CityCenter pre-opening team. There, she played an instrumental role in the planning, development and creation of ARIA as a premier convention destination which is now home to 500,000 square feet of flexible, luxury meeting space. -

The difference between the two sides’ economic proposals is about $13.7 million in the first year and $14.9 million in the fifth year. A one-month strike could reduce MGM’s EBITDA by over $200 million. Union members have started picket duty sign-up and the Union is making other preparations for a strike. Labor contracts for most Las Vegas casino resorts expire at the end of May. Collective bargaining agreements between UNITE HERE’s Culinary Local 226 and Bartenders Local 165 (“the Union”) and most of the casino resorts on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas are set to expire at the end of this month. All MGM properties in Las Vegas, except Vdara and Signature at MGM Grand, have their contracts expiring at the end of the month. (See the end of this note for a list of properties at risk.) POLICIES & PROCEDURES CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is 3pm and checkout is 11am. If rooms are requested prior to 3pm at the time of check-in, they will be accommodated based on availability at no additional charge. Any guest wishing to guarantee early check-in will have the option to pay an early check-in fee at the time of booking, based on availability. Departures dates will be confirmed upon check-in. Guests have the option to change their departure date at this time. Should a guest depart before their scheduled and confirmed departure date, room/tax for one night will be charged. Luggage can be stored on a complimentary basis for guests who have checked out but are not yet departing the hotel. ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGE A charge of $30.00 (regardless of age) will be added for each guest over double occupancy with a maximum of four (4) guests per room. GROUP ARRIVALS – Check in Procedures Group arrivals can be handled most efficiently at the Front Desk. If appropriate, separate check- in windows, specifically for your group, can be accommodated at our group desk, a special satellite check-in located in the Rotunda area. Additional charges may apply if Group requirements (ie: technology or other) exceed Hotel standard offerings. See your Convention Service Manager for details. BAGGAGE SERVICE – GROUP ARRIVALS Guests arriving in a single group or in “batch” arrivals will arrive at the rear Rotunda entrance and are subject to a mandatory baggage handling charge, currently $7.00 per person and subject to change. This one-time charge covers the handling of baggage both in and out of the hotel. -
