2 Ce livret d’itinéraires recommandés (LIR) a été réalisé dans le cadre des travaux du SPPPY (Secrétariat Permanent pour la Prévention des Pollutions et des risques dans la région grenobloise) sur le transport de matières dangereuses. Il a été élaboré en concertation avec les acteurs du transport de marchandises dangereuses par route (chargeurs, expéditeurs, transporteurs, salariés, représentants des collectivités et de l’État). L’objectif est de réduire les risques liés à la circulation des TMD sur les routes de la région grenobloise. Les itinéraires indiqués dans ce document ont été définis en tenant compte des vulnérabilités du territoire grenoblois et de son environnement. Dans le présent document, vous retrouverez l’itinéraire obligatoire pour le transit, ainsi que les itinéraires recommandés pour la desserte des principaux établissements industriels, l’accès à la station de lavage CLEAN 38 et au centre régional des douanes.

This booklet was produced as part of the SPPPY (Permanent Secretary for the Prevention of Pollution and risks in the Grenoble area) work on the transportation of hazardous materials. It was developed in consultation with the players in the transportation of dangerous goods (DG) by road (chargers, shippers, representatives of haulage companies, local authorities, employee representatives, State). The aim is to reduce the risks associated with the movement of DG on the roads in the Grenoble area. The routes indicated in this document have been determined taking into account the vulnerabilities of the Grenoble area and its environment. In this document, you will find the mandatory itineraries for transit, as well as routes leading to all major industrial facilities, advisory route to the CLEAN 38 washing station and regional Customs & excise centre.

Diese Broschüre (LIR) wurde im Rahmen der Tätigkeiten des SPPPY (Ständiges Sekretariat zur Umweltverschmutzungs-und Risikoprevention im Grossraum Grenoble) bezüglich des Transports gefährlicher Materialien auf Straßen, in Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Akteuren des Transports gefährlicher Güter (Verlader, Versender, Vertreter von Transportunternehmen, Gemeinde- und Gebietskörperschaften, Arbeitnehmervertreter, Staat), erstellt. Ziel ist die Verminderung der mit dem Transport gefährlicher Güter verbundenen Risiken auf den Straßen des Grenobler Großraumes. Die in dieser Broschüre angegebenen Strecken wurden unter Einbezug der Umweltrisiken für den Grenobler Großraum erstellen und deshalb empfohlen. Sie finden in diesem Dokument verbindliche Transitstrecken sowie Strecken zu den Hauptlogistikplatformen industrieller Betriebe, Anfahrtsstrecken zu den CLEAN 38 Autowaschanlagen und zu den regionalen Zollstellen.

Questo libretto degli itinerari raccomandati (LIR) è stato realizzato come parte dei lavori dello SPPPY (Segreteria Permanente per la Prevenzione dell’Inquinamento e dei Rischi nella regione di Grenoble) sul trasporto di sostanze pericolose. Esso è stato preparato in consultazione con gli operatori del trasporto di merci pericolose su strada (caricatori, speditori, vettori, lavoratori, rappresentanti delle collettività dello Stato). L’obiettivo consiste nel ridurre i rischi connessi alla circolazione dei trasporti di merci pericolose sulle strade della regione di Grenoble. Le rotte mostrate in questo documento sono state definite tenendo conto delle vulnerabilità dell’area di Grenoble e del suo ambiente. In questo documento, troverete l’itinerario obbligatorio per il transito, così come i percorsi raccomandati per servire i principali stabilimenti industriali, l’accesso alla stazione di lavaggio CLEAN 38 ed al centro doganale regionale.
