MWG International Claims Concierge Service The MWG International Claims Concierge Service is an inclusive overseas medical travel service, assisting policyholders by performing various tasks aimed at making a difficult time significantly less stressful. How does the MWG International Claims Concierge Service work? • MWG International policyholders have access to a variety of hospital networks worldwide. • It allows the policyholder the opportunity to travel overseas for specialized medical care that is not often available in their home country. • The policyholder is required to request a preapproval form from MWG International. • Once preapproval is given, MWG Claims Concierge Service will facilitate and coordinate the visit to the hospital and as a result take on the added stress of navigating through the U.S. medical system thus allowing the policyholder to focus on fighting the illness. Preapproval Process for the MWG International Claims Concierge Service to utilize the Claims Concierge Service the policyholder must: • Request preapproval, at least 15 days in advance from MWG International for the required medical services; • Provide MWG International will all relevant medical information. Without the medical information, it is not possible to evaluate admissibility of the case and coordinate specialists appointments; • Have visa and passport ready; and • Be prepared to travel.
