Informe De Actividades Marzo INFORME DE ACTIVIDADES Resumen correspondiente al período comprendido entre los meses de Marzo al mes de Abril de 2017, donde se describen las actividades más relevantes realizadas por cada una de las Unidades Administrativas que conforman la estructura del Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Cananea. Dirección. Objetivo: Administrar la prestación de Servicios Educativos que ofrece el Instituto Tecnológico, conforme a los objetivos de la Educación Superior Tecnológica, de acuerdo a los lineamientos establecidos por la Junta Directiva, la Secretaría de Educación Pública y la Secretaría de Educación y Cultura del Estado. Se realizó la Primer Reunión Ordinaria de 2017 de la H. Junta Directiva del Instituto. Integrantes de la H. Junta Directiva 1-2017 Se continúa con los preparativos para la Acreditación de los programas de Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial e Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales. Subdirección Académica. Objetivo: Definir, normar, supervisar y evaluar la actividad académica en la Institución, con el fin de impulsar permanentemente su desarrollo. Presentación de Taller Se realizaron los Eventos, “Esto es Sistemas 2017”, en donde se atendió a 85 estudiantes de bachillerato de la localidad y región. Se llevó acabo el “Foro Joven Emprendedor”, donde participaron 115 estudiantes. Foro Emprendedor Se realizaron cinco reuniones de Academia en las que participaron 79 docentes. Se llevó acabo el “Programa de Formación y Actualización del Personal Docente Verano 2017”, participando un total de 73 docentes. De igual manera, dos docentes participaron en el Taller de Pares Evaluadores, “Marco de Referencias de Ingenierías 2018 en el Contexto Internacional”. Dentro del Programa de Asesorías de Ciencias Básicas a estudiantes del nivel Medio Superior y Superior, se atendió a 90 estudiantes de la Institución; y en el área de Tutorías se brindó atención a 170 estudiantes. El Área de Psicología atendió a 36 alumnos con diversos problemas con riesgo de abandonar sus estudios académicos. Se realizó la “Evaluación Departamental Docente 2016 -2”, misma que fue aplicada a 84 docentes del Instituto. Se realizan gestiones con la Universidad de Arizona y Universidad de Quintana Roo, con el objeto de realizar actividades conjuntas relacionadas con los intercambios académicos de los estudiantes. Siete docentes participan en la reunión para la integración de Red de Investigadores con la Universidad de Argentina. Subdirección de Vinculación. Objetivo: Coordinar e implementar las actividades de Gestión Tecnológica y Vinculación de manera que el Instituto sea fuente de desarrollo tanto para el alumno como para el sector productivo y de servicios de la región, del estado y el país. Se realizaron 15 visitas al Sector Industrial y de Servicios de la localidad participando 488 alumnos del instituto. Dentro del Programa de Actividades Extraescolares Enero - Junio de 2017, los equipos representativos del Instituto participaron en el Evento Prenacional Deportivo del TecNM, con sede en Agua Prieta Sonora, Piedras Negras Coahuila y Mexicali B.C.; en las ramas de voleibol de playa, futbol, béisbol, tenis y ajedrez. Se realizó la 24va Reunión del Consejo de Vinculación, en donde se firma convenio de colaboración con Grupo LEC representado por Lic. Ramón Aguilar Águila y el Director General Ramón Enrique López Fuentes. 24va. Reunión de la Junta de Vinculación Se recibieron 17 solicitudes de servicio Social para alumnos de nuestra Institución y 17 de Residencias Profesionales Se realizó la campaña denominada “Tec. Verde”, misma que tiene como objeto realizar actividades de limpieza y acondicionamiento de las instalaciones, participando alumnos, maestros y personal administrativo y directivo. Se continúa con el Programa de Difusión de la Oferta Educativa de la Institución, incluyendo el programa de Ingeniería Industrial en línea. Se continúan los trabajos derivados de la vinculación con “Clúster Minero de Sonora”, y el Proyecto de Promoción de la Minería. Subdirección de Planeación Objetivo: Integrar, implementar y evaluar los planes y programas de desarrollo Institucional, la programación, la presupuestación, la sistematización y difusión de la información estadística, la organización, los reglamentos y los manuales administrativos, el control escolar, los servicios escolares y control de los diversos sistemas de información del Instituto. Se elaboró el Informe Anual de actividades más relevantes de la diferentes Subdirecciones del 2016 y el primer informe trimestral para la Primer Junta Directiva 2017. Se elaboró y envió la Estructura Educativa Agosto - Diciembre 2016. Se elaboró y se envió la información de los Indicadores Básicos (SII ENE – JUN 2017). Se realizó la captura de información en el Sistema de Portal de Obligaciones de Transparencia (SIPOT), de la Plataforma Nacional de transparencia. Se llevó a cabo la Ceremonia de Graduación Generación 2012-2016, con un total de 51 Graduados en las Carreras de Ing. Sistemas Computacionales, Ing. Industrial, Ing. Gestión Empresarial e Ing. Electromecánica. Ceremonia de Graduación 2012 - 2016 Se enviaron cuatro contratos firmados al Instituto de Crédito Educativo del Estado de Sonora. El Centro de Información realizó el servicio de préstamo de 472 libros de texto y otorgó el servicio de Biblioteca a 12,749 usuarios. Se abrieron once expedientes para titulación. Se solicitó el trámite de dos expediciones de cedulas profesionales ante la Dirección General de Profesiones. Subdirección de Servicios Administrativos. Objetivo: Mostrar, planear y dirigir el desarrollo de las actividades relativas al manejo de recursos humanos, materiales y financieros y los servicios generales del Instituto. Elaboración y envío de manera mensual y oportuna a las dependencias correspondientes de los Estados Financieros de los meses de Marzo y Abril de 2017. Se llevó a cabo el Programa de Adquisiciones periodo Enero – Abril de 2017, mismo que a continuación se presenta de manera detallada, y con un concentrado de los diez principales proveedores.
